Enjoy a family or couple\'s vacation in this cosy apartment in Orihuela Costa. Located just a few steps from the sea, this newly built accommodation is tastefully furnished and offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances such as a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, among others. It also has Wi-Fi, air conditioning and central heating to ensure your comfort throughout the year.

Outside, you can enjoy a 70 m2 terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea views. The complex also has a shared community pool.

The location is ideal for families and couples, as it is close to the sandy beach, golf courses, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Alicante airport is 50 km away and Murcia airport is 60 km away.

Lovely vacation spot

The apartment feels really new, its lovely and light and perfect for a small family. The balcony and roofterrace get lots of sun and have great views of Cabo Roig and the ocean. The communal pool areal is well maintained and there are usually plenty of sunbeds, its doesn't feel too crowded. The only things we were missing was ovenmitts and a breadknife, other than that the kitchen was well equipped and had new appliances. Communication with the letting agent was superb and they were very accomodating. Would love to stay here again!
