Located in the city of Villamartin, near Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca, it is at an ideal distance from beaches, golf courses and Zenia Boulevard.

In a quiet but central area with access to everything easily.

- 3 minutes from the nearest golf course (3 golf courses within 10 minutes)
- 2 minutes (or 15 minutes walk) from Zenia Boulevard, an open-air shopping center with 150 shops and restaurants. A city in the city, not to be missed.
- 20 minutes from the Mar Menor and its water activities.
- 45 minutes from Alicante airport and its many low cost flights.
- 40 minutes from Murcia airport.

On the ground floor of the residence completely secure, nestled in a small greenery with its gardens, two outdoor pools with paddling pool, an indoor pool heated to 30 °, equipped gym and sauna, all in unlimited access, the apartment has all the necessary comfort to accommodate four people who will spend a very pleasant stay, taking advantage of the exceptional climate enjoyed by the region.

It should be noted that the apartment and the facilities of the residence are also suitable for people with reduced mobility.

A private, secure underground parking space with elevator access is available.

The apartment has all modern comforts: a living / dining room, an open kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small rear terrace with laundry and a large terrace at the front allowing direct access to the swimming pool.
​It has centralized air conditioning and is fully equipped with wifi.

THE BEDROOMS

They are equipped with built-in wardrobes with wardrobe and shelves.

The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed 150x190 and has its private bathroom with stone basin, walk-in shower and toilet.
For those traveling with a baby, it will be possible to add, for a fee, a cot with a thick mattress (not a travel mattress), a changing table (included in bed), a high chair and a bathtub.

The second bedroom offers two single beds 90x190.
A second independent shower room is available with a basin, a walk-in shower and a toilet. Each bathroom is also equipped with underfloor heating for slightly cooler periods.

THE KITCHEN

Everything is proposed: a beautiful contemporary kitchen with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, induction hob, an extractor hood, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a kettle on top of all the usual kitchen utensils and enough tableware for at least eight people.

You will have access to the small terrace, sunny in the morning, and to its laundry room containing the washing machine, drying rack and ironing equipment.

THE LIVING ROOM

You will find a table and four chairs for your meals, a corner sofa and coffee table, a 4K TV with international channels including some English channels and Netflix, for you to relax.

This room overlooks the large terrace of 53m², facing south-west, with direct access to the pool.
You will find :
A table and 6 chairs, a gas barbecue to enjoy your grill.
A bench, two matching armchairs and a coffee table to have a good time.
Four sunbeds and an umbrella to perfect your tan or to rest there.
