There were no vacancies in near area that had power. Couldn’t tell if the place was clean as there were no lights. No emergency lighting for the hallways so we had to use our phones to see in the hallway and room. No hot water for shower etc. the staff was very nice and accommodating by allowing us to move to a room on the east side so the sun...

「My stay at Farmstead Inn was cut short by a storm. We had no electricity after 11:00 pm the first night. The next day the management said they could do nothing about canceling our room for the next night nor could they adjust price for all the inconvenience of having to find another hotel. Absolutely no accommodations, communication, or apologies were made by the property. There was NO plan for an emergency situation, no emergency power lights. They blamed Expedia in one of their conversations....

「Staff was nice but the place needs deep cleaning and proper maintenance. The rooms are poorly ventilated. While I was there someone had to see the EMT’s for carbon monoxide poisoning. There was an evacuation and no one on my side was informed. I happened to go to my car for a cup and seen all the hotels occupants outside. I had to wake my 9 year old up and bring her outside. There were drug users and homeless people loitering around the property. I don’t feel I should have paid the amount I paid...

「If you didn't know Gallops had a motel above the store, well neither did I! I will start by saying I didn't know they would be charging an additional $150 on top of the $100 for the room, with the promise of returning it in 4-5 business days if the room was clean and orderly.
