Nice...

Nice apartment, very well equipped, the water pressure in the shower is really weak, not nice to shower. We really had to give up showering on certain days. As those who need a longer stay, we had to move to another place with normal bathing conditions.

Recent visit

The managers were very accessible up to the point when the shower handle kept falling off. I notified them that the fridge light was out, clicks needed a battery, and front door didn’t open all the way. They never came to even fix the shower. The condo is a rehab and the furniture was fine. But the shag rug needed cleaning and the pots could be upgraded. The windows are very old and there are five ac units outside the bedroom window. I was awakened one night as there was an odd smell and noise. There was a sprinkler head aimed right at the living room window using pond water. I feel for the price they charged and the insurance you had to buy that there are other nicer condos in this complex. Would not choose first floor again as your patio faced the parking lot.
