It is a perfect, peaceful place for couples or families with older children, close to all amenities Orlando has to offer: Disney, Golf, beaches, UCF, VA hospital, Winter Park, Lake Nona or Kissimmee.

The community has 24/7 security, so only owners or guests can come in. The condo is fully furnished, and it can comfortably fit 4 people, although there are air mattress for a 5th person.
