Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: After 4 pm
Check-out: By 12 pm.
Please respect these times as they allow us to prepare the space for future guests.
Maximum Occupancy
The maximum number of guests is 5.
Please ensure the number of guests does not exceed this limit, as it could impact comfort and safety.
No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property, including bedrooms and bathrooms.
Smoking is allowed in the designated outdoor (patio) area only. Please use the ashtrays provided.
No Pets
We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property.
Exceptions can be made with prior approval and additional cleaning fees. Please inquire in advance.
Noise and Quiet Hours
Please be considerate of neighbors. Keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am.
Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Respect the Property
Treat the home as if it were your own.
Please report any damage, breakages, or issues immediately, so we can address them promptly.
Kitchen Use
The kitchen is fully equipped for your use. Please clean up after yourself and wash any dishes you use.
Trash Disposal
Please dispose of trash bags in the property dumpster.
Do not leave trash in common areas or outside the property.
No Illegal Activities
Illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use, are strictly prohibited.
Any violation of local laws will result in immediate termination of the stay and removal from the property.
Respect for Neighbors
Please be courteous to our neighbors by keeping noise levels down, especially in the evenings and early mornings.
Do not block driveways or parking spaces.
Parking
Free parking is available on-site.
Security and Locking Doors
Always lock the doors and windows when you leave the property.
If you notice anything suspicious or any security issues, please inform us immediately.
Guests
If you have additional overnight visitors during your stay, please notify us in advance if possible.
Damages and Losses
You are responsible for any damages caused during your stay.
Please report any damages promptly to avoid additional fees at check-out.
Check-out Procedures
Before check-out, please:
Remove all personal belongings.
Place used towels in the designated area (laundry room).
Ensure all dishes are cleaned or placed in the dishwasher.
Turn off all lights, heating/air conditioning, and appliances.
Close all windows and lock all doors.
Take the trash out.
