This fantastic town house is an ideal home-away-from-home for your next vacation! Located in the regal oak resort just behind old town and “fun spot” USA off hwy 192 and i-4, this vacation house is a perfect place to relax and unwind.

The newly renovated resort amenities include a heated pool, a children's pool with slides, a bar, a restaurant, a convenient store, a fitness center, a tennis court, etc. All the amenities are available to you with no extra fee. Regal Oak Resort is also a gated community. Daily children activities are available at the resort building for free.

This town house is recently furnished with new mattresses, linens, flat screen TV in living room and every bedroom, towels, all small appliances and pots and pans, etc. It is also fresh painted inside and outside in April 2017.

This new luxury 4 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom two-story villa features:

Brand new mattresses and linens;
A fully equipped kitchen;
Baby gear (crib/playpen and stroller);
Complementary high speed wireless internet access;
Cable flat screen LCD/led TVs
Two private parking spaces in front of villa;
Two master bedrooms, one downstairs and the other upstairs with a king size bed, a walk-in closet, and a large bathtub;
Fresh towels and linens;
Large size washer and dryer;
Hair dryers, an ironing board, and an iron;
Secure key less entry with no check-in required.

It is just behind old town and fun spot USA. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. It is about 3 miles to Disney, 11 miles to universal studio and 9 miles to sea world.

I follow every steps from booking to checking in and check out to ensure the guests have everything they need for their vacation home.

The private hot tub is not in operation right now. There is a hot tub in the community pool area which you can use if needed.

Regal Oaks Stay

We were at this property for 28 days and everything was as advertised. Great location near Old Town. We had a question for the host and we received a reply within 5 minutes. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place to stay for Tourneys @ OCCC

Old Town provides perfect entertainment for the teenagers and is a few minute walk from Regal Oaks. There’s a nice alternate route to OCCC that allows you to avoid I-4 traffic backups. The condo was the perfect accommodation for our family of 7.

Kissimmee holiday stay

Mary is an excellent host. She communicates all the information you need effectively and timely. She responded to my questions really quickly. The four bedroom townhome was great for our family holiday. The home is well supplied with dishes, cookware and utensils.

Perfect location. Exactly as described

My husband and I stayed at this house with our 4 young grandchildren. It was perfect for our time at Disney World. The house was a short 10-15 minute drive to Disney. It was clean and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms made the stay pleasant. The furnishings and house were not brand new which actually made us feel more comfortable and less stressed during our time at the house. No one bothered us during our stay and the gated community made us feel safe.

Clean and conveniently located.

Our family really enjoyed our stay, the unit was very convenient to Disney and several restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. We found the unit very clean and the owner/ manager was very accessible if we needed to correspond. We would definitely stay there again.

Room for everyone!

If the hot tub had worked and the coffee pot, it would have been perfect. Really nothing much to complain about at all. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room to do whatever. We enjoyed watching tv and playing board games that we had brought in the evenings. The best day for us was the day we all went to the pool there. There were games and even the adults in our group participated! It was gorgeous weather and it was the best day ever! Having 3 and a half baths was a plus as well! We also took advantage of the convenience of the washer and dryer. I would definitely recommend this condo to everyone especially if you have a large group of people.

Very Convenient and Clean

We truly enjoyed our "home" for the week. We had our family there which consisted of 6 adults and 1 - 5 year old. There was plenty of room for us all. With 3 1/2 baths getting ready in the morning was easy. Everyone was very comfortable in their beds and the towels were extremely soft. The longest it took us to get to any of the Disney Parks was 19 minutes one time and no time at all to get home even with leaving at closing time. I only gave 4 stars as some of the mechanics of the home need some repair but no major things. A towel rack upstairs was missing the rail, lamp upstairs kind of unsteady, and the front door could use some work. The dishwasher was hard to close but not broken. It would be a wonderful touch if there were some fans as it did get a little stuffy but it was very hot outside. The air did work just didn't feel any movement. Also we could have used some storage containers for leftovers, there are none. We never had the opportunity to try out the pool so I can't comment on that. It must have been fine as we saw lots of people walking to or from it. All-in-all would definately stay there again and recommend it to family and friends. The owner was very good for letting us know all the details needed. Security was good, as one night we had to call because of a large ruckus outside early in the morning. We wouldn't have called but it was ongoing for quite a while. It was taken care of quickly and the sheriff made a few passes by later on. The other 5 nights everything was quiet so I think it was just a rare occurence.

Property was clean. Close to all parks.

Overall a good stay. The pool was great. Close to all parks. Bathrooms and kitchen clean. Large size accommodated 2 families. Only cons is the garbage lid does not lock and raccoons are able to get in even with the lid closed. Had to put a rock on to keep it closed. Also no numbers on condo made it difficult to find with Uber drivers. Bi-fold doors broken and some not even attached. Also carpets and vents dirty. Beds comfortable. Overall a good stay but needs some basic maintenance.

Convenient location

The resort was convenient to Disney, Universal, shopping and restaurants. The house had lots of room for 5 adults and 2 kids. It had 3 TVs. The 2 strollers in the home were appreciated. Dressers in the 2 smaller upstairs bedrooms would be convenient. The swimming pool and slides were great for the kids. Our only complaints were that there were no hangers in the closets and the garbage bin at the front door is not secure and the raccoons can get in and out of the bins at night. They are noisy and they make a mess of the garbage.

We stayed for two weeks and it was amazing. Highly Recommended. Excellent location only minutes from all amenities and parks. The property was perfect, very spacious and clean. The property had everything we needed. Having 3 bathrooms was a great help getting ready in the morning especially with 8 people staying. Pool area was also amazing. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely home

Great home, very good resort and excellent location! It is very close to Disney World, ESPN World Sport Center and other amusement parks. The home was spacious, clean, quiet and well equipped. The pool area was a wonderful place to sit back and unwind. It is just perfect for us! We had a wonderful experience and we will definitely recommend this unit to our friends.
