The area was nice and the house was very well laid out. It was super clean and the pool was perfect. It wasn't over stuffed and there were plenty of towels and it was well equipped. Its not far from the club house either. The only down side is that since it is a townhome, sometimes you can hear the neighbors but that is completely out of your control.
