Upon entering and a few steps past the foyer, you'll notice the expansive living/ kitchen and dining area equipped with stainless-steel appliances, dual large capacity fridge, granite countertops, spacious kitchen island, and a dining table fit for 16 – great for meals with family and friends. Just behind the dining table you'll find the 9' shuffleboard table.

Continue further into the living room to find a mounted 86” flat screen television perfect for movie nights. On a nice day, open the sliding doors for fresh air and head outside to take a dip in your own private pool. Outside you'll find a comfy sofa seating and a number of loungers for soaking up the Florida sunshine. While hanging out, see if you can spot the flamingos in the garden.

After pool time, head upstairs to the epic arcade room to settle the score. You'll have 4 machines to duke it out on including Dance Dance Revolution and Big Buck Hunter.

When you're ready to call it a night, head to one of the 10 bedrooms including 2 Large Master Suites with spa-like soaker tubs. Another bedroom located on the first floor features a wheelchair accessible shower. Seven other bedrooms are located upstairs and most have an attached bathroom.

Resort Community
You'll find the exclusive community of Encore to be conveniently located minutes away from all of the top attractions, tons of restaurants, and more shopping than you'll be able to handle. Stroll the well-manicured grounds of the resort and find beach volleyball courts, a clubhouse with restaurants and bars, and many cozy seating areas. Unfortunately, Encore waterpark access is not available as the HOA has many restrictions. Jimmy Buffett's Island H2O, a much larger and advanced waterpark is a mere 10-minute drive away.

Neighborhood
Guests will find this home as centrally located as it gets just steps away from all the action. You're less than 15 minutes to Walt Disney World, Disney Springs, and ESPN Wide World of Sports. Great shops and eateries such as Ford's Garage, Carrabba's, Bonefish Grill, Miller's Ale House, and Cracker Barrel are all within 10 minutes on Irlo Bronson/ 192.
