Say hello to your home away from home. This 7 bedroom resort home includes a private pool, game room, fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer & dryer, and free access to The Oasis Club in ChampionsGate. Grill out by the pool or relax a bit with a movie. The Disney lovers in your party will be especially enthralled with themed rooms adorned with Marvel and Finding Nemo characters. With enough space to sleep 14 people, this home has something for everyone! This home includes:

PLEASE NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND

PLEASE NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR E-CIGS IN ANY PART OF THE HOME

The private, screened pool is equipped with a grill (propane is an ADDITIONAL FEE), lounge chairs, patio seating, spa (pool heating is an ADDITIONAL FEE), and a safety gate. Each bathroom is equipped with 1 roll of toilet paper (additional toilet paper is the guest's responsibility). We will provide 1 pool towel & 1 bath towel per guest capacity. Pool heating is available for an ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY FEE. Please be advised that the pool heater will turn off if the weather reaches under 60°.

PARKING: Please abide by parking guidelines provided by The Retreat at ChampionsGate. There is a 5 car maximum per home. Additional cars are subject to fees by The Retreat by ChampionsGate. Please utilize the parking space at The Oasis Club for additional cars. Tropical Escape Resort Homes is NOT responsible for any towing charges. Please contact The Oasis Club for more information

TRASH PICKUP: Please utilize the bench located in the entryway of the front door of the home. Trash pickup is every day.

CHECK-IN ACCESS: This home is protected by an electronic lock in which you will receive details according to how you booked your home. Check-in time is at 4PM. Please call our office for checking in early.

RESORT ACCESS: Each guest has full, free access the amenities at the Oasis Club, which includes:

The first thing we noticed is at the distances to any park are not accurate. Disney World was 30/45 minutes from the property. Traffic from this location is some of the worst in Florida, plan your travel accordingly. The property itself is not as advertised and I’m not sure if it’s the owner or property managers. The pictures were not as the house was upon our arrival. Here is a list of what I found. - Took 6 days and 3 phone calls to get pool heat on. - Pot light in bathroom hanging with exposed wires. - All the wallpaper in Marvel and Nemo rooms peeling off. - Fooseball table broken and no pucks to play. - Dead Gecko inside BBQ and filthy, couldn’t use it. - Pool lights do not work. - Patio door handle broken off. - Hole in wall of bonus room. - Broken Stool for island. - Basebaords and bathroom fans were filthy. - Microwave light did not work. - No starter supplies so we left all ours for the next family. - No extra bedding. - No cleaning supplies. Now the unfortunate part is I am a home builder and I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the property and once I find one deficiency, they all stand out. And believe me, you don’t have to look very far. My advice for renters is be weary of the misleading ad and for the home owner and property management, take some pride in your properties and do a walk through periodically and fix what’s broken. It shouldn’t take me away from my holiday to point out issues that could be easily fixed.

Toilet in master bedroom was filthy- wasn’t cleaned AT ALL. roaches spotted in kitchen; spiders in master bedroom.. almost climbed on me when I went to lay down. no hot water in master on 1st day; first maintenance tech didn’t know how to fix the day after we reported it.. 2nd tech came without notice. Cleaning lady just showed up and unlocked the door without notifying anyone. When you report a maintenance issue, Rory responds with smart remarks. Pool wasn’t filled to the top and had a water hose there constantly running. Upstairs has a BAD smell. Blue towels there have a bad smell as well; white towels were ok. Beds are super firm and uncomfortable. House is nice and has potential if these items are addressed. Also, if you’re staying here to visit Disney, good luck fighting traffic. It’s a lot further and takes longer than expected due to road traffic.

NOT located where it says it is. House looks great, but lacks basics, very close to neighbors

The house looks just like in the pictures, however it is NOT located where it says it is in the VRBO map, it is much farther. The closest park to the house its animal kingdom and it is 13 MILES which took us about 30 minutes, in the description it says it is less than 1 mile. We booked the house based on the VRBO map and descriptions of the distance and they are not true information. We were very disappointed once we got the actual address. I called the management and they just dismissed me probably knowing that was too late for canceling and finding another house. They said they were not responsible for the description on VRBO. How are they not responsible if the manage the property. I had booked VRBO houses before and they were always where it said in the description.

The house was nice. There were a couple things that need some maintenance, but they weren’t major. The neighbors (front and back) were loud most nights and we had to call security at 2 am every night. It’s a very good up and coming location. Only 25 mins from Disney. But traffic made it 45 mins. Overall, we were satisfied and would rent this property again.

Nice home - loud neighborhood

The home was beautiful. Our only complaint was the air hockey table didn't work and we emailed twice because we didn't have towels and finally found a number to call 2 days later to get towels. However, the neighborhood seems to be popular for parties. We were woken up with yelling and music multiple times. We even had to call the local police to file a complaint at 3:30am one night.
