Completely Disappointed

The worst place I have ever stayed. When we arrived there was no running water to our room. It was dirty and smelled terrible. My children were bit by bugs. We drove 16 hours to get to Florida upon arrival to our hotel we had to wait to check in because they had to wait for an email from someone stating that we rented the room. Then when we tried to go to sleep, we realized they did not give us enough pillows or blankets. When we needed more blankets, we went to the front desk and they told us we had to contact our host. We contacted the host who did not supply blankets until 3 PM the next day so my husband and I had no blankets and no pillows to go to bed and it was freezing. The dishwasher didn’t work. The hotel only supplied us with five towels and no washcloths. The elevators were terrible and scary. It smelled like dirty feet and balls Mixed with Indian food in the room. The people at the front desk were absolutely rude. Then they gave us a number to call 24 seven for assistance but if you called the number, no one answered it when they finally do answer they tell you they don’t have any staff available every single time you call. None of the lights worked correctly and flickered every time you turned them on. On our third day there the water was shut off from 12 to 2. The hot tub barely worked one of the Jets and it was broken. I will be requesting a full refund for our stay. Do not waste your money or time staying here.

Loved the location! With restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. The Universal parks are all just minutes drives away. The room was the perfect size for my family of five. The kitchenette was an added convenience. The room could use some updates— and that’s also true about the entire hotel. But honestly, it wasn’t that big a deal. Overall, it was a great value!
