The home is well equipped and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms had plenty of room for clothes and personal items. The outdoor space is nice and we especially enjoyed the hot tub. This home is in a nice residential neighborhood where we felt welcome and safe. There is no dining table; the only eating space was bar style. There is not a lot of seating in the living room. We were comfortable with four people but it would get crowded with more than that. Excellent communication with the host. We plan to come back.

Would not recommend. Reached out to the host on check-in day for a question and did not get a response that day or any subsequent day of the stay. Pool was a freezing 60 degrees F. Hot tub had a film of scum/oil/residue at the waterline and dirt/sand at the bottom, making it unusable. Water got barely luke warm in one of the bathrooms, so we ending up having to share a bathroom. Keypad did not work; only provided one physical key. Garbage was not taken out. Carpets dirty. Dog feces in backyard. Hammocks were completely ripped and could not be used. Holes in the wall.

Communication with the host was spotty. The place was unfit for rental. There was mouse poop, a cockroach, holes in the wall. The pool and hottub were not clean and could not be used.
