Alena & I have been serving visitors to Central Florida for 25 years. We have both worked for Disney in the past. Our condo is clean and well-equipped.
- Animal Kingdom is the closest park to our condo.
- Owner-operated villa. A/C replaced 2023. UV light air sanitizing in the climate control.
- Maximum occupancy is four (4) persons.
- The buildings in this complex do not have elevators.
- We focus on cleanliness and keeping the condo well-maintained. Our carpeting is sanitized by steam cleaning on a routine basis, and new air conditioning was installed in 2023.
- WiFi is free.
- Full size washer & dryer are in the condo, free for you to use during your visit. The kitchen has a well-stocked collection of cookware and dishes, glasses, coffee cups and utensils.
- WE AUTHORIZE A GATE ENTRY PASS FOR THE VRBO ACCOUNT HOLDER WHO RESERVED THE VILLA, NO ONE ELSE. If you have friends you wish to get together with, they must rent their own villa and obtain their own gate pass. Guest Government credentials are checked on arrival.
- Windsor Palms is a gated resort community with a security officer operating the entry gates. Our Condo is two buildings from the pool, which you will see as you drive from the security gate to the condo. Our Condo is on the top floor,(3rd) , so it is among the quietest and most private condos in the building. This complex does not have elevators.
Our Condo is close to the pool but just far enough away to not hear the activity.
- No smoking, No Pets. No party.
- This is a self-catered villa. The guest is responsible for sundry items if the starter items we place are used up.
- You are renting the complete condo. No one else is sharing the space inside with you. The parking lot is in front of the stairwell. There is a security guard checking identification at the entry gate 24 hours a day. When your reservation and identification is verified by the security officer, you will receive a pass for your car to use the returning guest separate entry lane. The condo has an electronic door lock. On the afternoon of your check-in, we will provide you with the door code, and this code is changed for each guest, with past codes being deleted.
