House was very clean and nicely laid out. Resort was great. Kitchen could be better with some tea towels and serving/mixing bowls. Pool heater was broken and water was too cold. Kids were very dissapointed..we couldn't use it.For days in it would be nice to have some board games available for more entertainment.

The resort pool was freezing the kids couldn’t even enjoy it they weren’t even able to swim,the beds are horrible,both locks on the front and patio door need replaced there is no deadbolt on the front door House wasn’t cleaned when we got there tried to vacuum the carpet the sweeper doesn’t work,Dryer doesn’t dry well you have to dry them twice or three times to work think it might need cleaned out We were told we could use the other pools in Champion gate because they were heated but when we went to use them we were turned away saying they don’t have a contract with them anymore
