Perfectly situated for a family theme park holiday in Orlando. The house was well appointed, clean and in a quiet neighbourhood situated within 5 mins drive from some great places to eat and a Walmart. The theming of the rooms was creative and we all enjoyed our own space whilst being able to be together too. We'd stay here again and miss it already!

Great location to do all your tourists activities.

Great spot to set up home base while out exploring all that Orlando has to offer. House had everything my family needed to feel at home away from home. Overall communication with owner was great. Look forward to staying at one of your properties hopefully someday in the future.

Fairytale villa

As per pictures, the villa was beautiful and Gerry was amazing allways on hand if needed. The location is perfect for all parks would recommend.

Wonderful place to stay!!

Our stay here was wonderful. The house was very nice and clean. Gerry was very prompt in responding and accommodating to our request for thermostat change to a little cooler and hot tub issue. We will definitely stay there again!

Private pool and very clean

It was very easy to get to and if you are planning on going to Disney this is a great place! The house was clean, game room was well organized and the pool was private! In the future I would stay there again.

Location was excellent for parks. Description was spot on children loved the pool. Communication with owner was first rate with very quick responses. Would definitely book with them again. Owner has several properties close to get her if additional space needed.

April family vacation

Overall the house worked nicely for our family. Kids had their own bathrooms. Nice location close to parks and stores. Pool was great. Shower/tubs were stained with rust and mold. Floor in living room was sticky in one area.

Clean home, good location.

check in was easy. House was clean with a lot of starter items on hand, which was helpful being we got there about 7 pm. neighborhood is quiet. Mattresses good. the bunk bed is a bunk bed. used the pool and jacuzzi a lot. would recommend to anyone!

A good villa

We had a great stay at this villa. It was very clean inside (hats off to the cleaning company!) - the best we have experienced in Florida. The owner responded quickly to a couple of small issues thay were fixed with no hassle. The location was great. The only negative is the property to the side is not maintained is empty, which isn’t nice to look at (but otherwise not an issue).

Lovely and Comfortable house in a Brilliant location

Having stayed in many rental properties over the years we have become somewhat sceptical of website claims. However, in this case there was no need. Right from the start of the booking process it has been easy and Gerry very responsive to any requests. All information was available when required and we had no problems finding the house and settling in. The house itself was very clean and extremely comfortable and we soon began to feel at home. It is very well equipped and whilst we had a few small issues the management team were super efficient at sorting them out. The kids loved the pool and it was wonderfully private. The location is absolutely AMAZING for the parks, shops and restaurants. Would recommend to any group.

Great place!

Gerry is an awesome host! His communication is excellent and the property management company he uses is top notch. I emailed with a minor issue on 4th of July (coffee pot didn't work) and didn't expect a reply because of the holiday. Immediately heard back and a spare coffee pot was dropped off within a couple hours. House was clean, plenty of kitchen amenities and starter soaps/toilet paper/garbage bags. Pool was a hit with teenagers and there were floaty items & goggles already there. Plenty of beach towels and bathroom towels. There were 9 of us in the house and we never felt like we were crowded. Gerry was very accommodating. Would definitely rent again! For anyone with little kids, there were high chairs, booster seats, strollers, pack n play and a safety fence around the pool. Nice option to not have to purchase or bring along on a plane ride.

Check in was super easy. Plenty of room for everyone and the pool was perfect, so we used it every day. Everything was clean and all appliances were up to date and fully functioning. Great communication with the host. Location was great! Easy access to local retail, restaurants, and the parks. The neighborhood was quiet and very pleasant.

Family vacation

Fairytale Villa was a great option for our family to stay to visit disney and surrounding attractions. The layout of the house was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 3 kids ages 4-7 yrs old. Having the access to bathrooms right off the pool area was a game changer. Also loved the great communication with the property owner. they were quick to respond to any questions we had.
