Living space
The main floor is designed around connection. An open-plan layout brings the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room together under one roof, making it easy to cook, eat, and unwind without losing the group. The living room seats five comfortably, and the screened patio just beyond it extends your living space outdoors - lounge seating frames the private heated pool and spa, with enough room to stretch out whether the afternoon is loud or quiet. A dedicated laundry room adds day-to-day convenience for longer stays.
Game room
The converted garage has become the villa's unofficial headquarters for competition. A pool table, foosball, and air hockey sit ready for tournament nights, and the space works just as well as a hangout spot when the weather keeps everyone indoors.
Sleeping arrangements
