Great location and home for family trip

Home was perfect for family trip. Kids from ages 4-18 with us and something for everyone. Great views and overall great neighborhood. It was spring break and a lot of rentals in area so one home in particular was very loud but not super disruptive. Only con of the home was the Moana room. This was why we chose the home and was unusable due to the light switch not working to turn bed lights off. Couldn't use room for kids and contacted management with no reply the entire week of our stay. Holes in screens as well which need to be maintained better. Otherwise very pleased with the property.

Not worth for the price

The house was big and had plenty of rooms and areas of entertainment. Enough TVs and playing stuff for children. This property needs extreme cleaning, insect control and updating of some kitchen items. There Rochester everywhere in the kitchen which is big no for us. Coffee maker didn't work. Refrigerator light didn't work. Ice maker didn't work and other items...pics looked nice se we paid the price. But won't go back!

Needs TLC and a HOW TO WORK THINGS BOOK.

This home had issues. One was the pool was not heated as paid for, Had only 1 kitchen towel for 20 people to use in the kitchen Lacking of kitchen cooking items Refrigerator water leaked and could not use bin in the door it was broken but didn't realize it until we dropped stuff.. Floor grout was filthy. Hot tub has a sharp edge of tile on the top and sliced my daughters stomach.... Had no information of how to use anything as far as electronics and how to turn off lights in the Hawaiaan room kids bed area...[ hint it's DOWNSTAIRS! The over all room of the home was perfect great things to do and the resort pool bar was fun.
