One-bedroom condo featuring a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to four guests.

Our condo is located at resort-style community Legacy Dunes (with No Resort fees and FREE parking). Clubhouse featuring a game room, gathering rooms, fitness center and outside, a tranquil free-form heated pool with plenty of deck chairs for all the vacationers. This resort also features a second pool, golf cage, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, a playground, car wash area, picnic pavilions and grills, and scenic walking trails around landscaped wooded areas, fountains and ponds.
Our Second floor unit just right across main pool area and club house. With screened in balcony, kitchen with island and pantry overlooking the living dining combo, bedroom with walk in closet, utility room with full-size washer/dryer. 2 large screen TV with Netflix, Fast Free WiFi.
Legacy Dunes Quiet gated community with 24/7 security on site.
We live out of state, but we are available most of the time 24/7 to respond any emergency or questions about the place. We will be more than happy to assist you with anything you may need during your stay !
We advise to have or rent a car. However, you can use Uber or Lyft. Free self parking. A lots of shopping and restaurants in area.

We enjoyed our stay
Andy and Marie's condo proved to be exactly as described. It is securely located in a gated community which features great amenities like a pool and a full service gym which are very close to the unit.
They are very attentive hosts who touched base with us to see that we had settled in and everything was to our satisfaction. Later on, when we mention there were no stemmed wine glasses, they shipped us some from Amazon. We left them as a legacy item for the next tenants.
While the condo is very quiet, In the interest of complete disclosure, it is located about 1 km off the US Hwy 192. Unfortunately, no matter where you are travelling, having to take this highway is unavoidable.
Finally, for those looking to play a lot of golf, there are numerous courses nearby, however the better courses charge a premium.

Over all the property was ok. Several items I would note. Limited dish ware, we found multiple plugs that did not work. The balcony was useable due to the people on the main floor who were chain smokers so sitting outside or even having the sliding door open was not an option. Bring your our own coffee cup as the ones available are too small to use with the keurig. Not enough hangers to hang up your clothes. No real dresser just bins to put your clothes

Week in Febuary
My wife and I don't do Disney, but when we did in years past, this is a great location and close to Disney Parks and Disney Springs.
The pool is great and overall a nice quite location, coming and going from the condo is a snap. When called on the first day to get the gate open, no problems. In the past with other owners, no one every answered the call, so someone waiting behind me would open the gate. No good. I would stay at this location again and again. The condo was nice and comfortable.
