Our home is licensed to accommodate a maximum of 6 people. If false information is given and we determine more than 6 people are in our home, the reservation becomes null and void, All occupants will be required to vacate immediately with no funds returned. Exceeding occupancy limits will result in immediate cancellation and removal with no refund.

We have a strict check in/out policy. Any deviation from stated check-in/out times will result in a $50 per hour charge unless previously agreed upon in writing.

There is no smoking in or within 10 feet of any doors or windows. No illegal drugs.

Please note that our home does have exterior cameras.

We require a $1 security deposit hold that will be released the day after check-out.
