Spacious home right outside of downtown Orlando, completely renovated and equipped with all brand new furnitures, come and enjoy this beautiful house designed with everything in mind for you to enjoy your vacation. 8 Minutes to Downtown Orlando, 20 minutes to Universal studios, 15 minutes to the Millennia mall and 15 minutes to UCF. lots of restaurant and grocery store in close proximity
The space
Home is equipped with 4k TV's in living room and all 3 bedrooms, High speed WI-FI around the house, 4 full bedroom and 2 full bathroom, backyard patio area with extra seating to enjoy entertain your family and friends, fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook and clean including coffee maker.

Comfortable and Accommodating

We had a lovely stay and would return to this location in a heartbeat. The weather did not permit us to utilize the pool but it was there for us and the outdoor furniture would have been great to use in better weather. Kamar was very accommodating and we appreciated the peaceful neighborhood.

Met our needs

We came down to Orlando for a family event so this house with 4 bdrms was perfect for us. It’s nicely decorated and updated. It has a pool which was nice even if we didn’t use it much since it was October and it wasn’t heated. There were a couple issues like the AC in the one bedroom was not working and the dishwasher leaked a ton of water on the floor and the owner didn’t seem to concerned about getting it fixed but overall it met our needs fine.

Nice place

My family and I stayed here for our recent trip to Orlando and this house accommodated us and our guests very well. There is plenty of space inside and out. The pool area is very nice and private. There is plenty of sleeping space. The house included everything we needed and more. The host was very attentive to us. I would recommend this place to anyone who is considering staying in the area…also the location was perfect!
