Funtastic Getaway - Amazing Game Room with A/C!

Funtastic Getaway is an amazing vacation villa, with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It is located in sunny Kissimmee Florida (near Orlando), just minutes from Walt Disney World. Funtastic Getaway features a private, heated, southern facing swimming pool and attached spa surrounded by hedges for added privacy and a climate controlled game room with full-sized arcade games.

The optional pool and spa heat is available for $30 PER DAY PLUS TAX IN ADDITION TO THE DAILY RATE. Pool and spa heat is recommended for stays occurring October through April. Please let us know if you want the optional pool heat for your stay and we will add it to your reservation. Pool and spa heat is included free of charge in June, July and August.

Emerald Island Resort charges a non-refundable resort fee of $20 per vehicle. This fee must be paid before you can be issued a gate pass. The gate pass allows you to use the automated lane at the gate. THIS FEE IS NOT CHARGED BY US, IT IS CHARGED BY THE COMMUNITY IS PAID DIRECTLY TO THE COMMUNITY AFTER BOOKING. You will receive a message regarding payment about 30 days before arrival after you confirm receipt of your door code.

Funtastic Getaway is open and luxurious. The great room features a vaulted ceiling over the living and dining areas and is also open to the breakfast nook and kitchen. The living areas and master bedrooms are tastefully decorated while the two kid's rooms are themed, one with Avengers and the other with Princesses. This villa has all the modern conveniences you would expect. There is a 60-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV in the great room, and wall-mounted, flat-screen TV's of varying sizes in each bedroom and the game room. There are gaming systems in both kid's rooms.

Upon entering Funtastic Getaway, you pass the open dining area which seats six. Just past the dining area is the family room with a huge wrap-around leather couch facing the 60-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The living room TV has a Blu-ray player and a collection of movies. All the TV's in the house have free cable TV with HBO. Opposite the family room is the open breakfast nook with seating for four and the kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and a tiled back splash. The fridge has filtered water and an ice maker. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including plenty of plastic-ware for use by the pool.

Funtastic Getaway has two master suites. The king bed master suite has hardwood floors, a sliding door to the lanai, a walk-in closet and a 40-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The king bedroom en suite bathroom has a granite sink top, tile floor and huge shower. There is also a door to the pool deck from the king master bath. The first twin bedroom is Avengers themed. It has two twin beds, a 32-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV and a PS4 with an assortment of games. The second twin bedroom is Princess themed. It has two twin beds, a 32-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV and a Xbox One with an assortment of games. The two twin bedrooms share a kid-friendly, Minion's themed, full bath with a granite sink top, tiled floors and a tub/shower. The queen bed master suite has a 32-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The queen bedroom en suite bathroom has a granite sink top, tile floor and a tub/shower.

The game room in Funtastic Getaway is fully carpeted, insulated and climate controlled. It has a pool table, an air-hockey table, a 40-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV and two full-sized, driving arcade games. The private pool deck has a covered lanai with a table and chairs next to the southern facing pool with attached spa. The pool deck is surrounded by hedges for added privacy and a BBQ grill.

Funtastic Getaway includes all the baby/toddler equipment you need free of charge. There is a baby monitor, four bed rails, a highchair, a single stroller, a sit-and-stand stroller and a pack-n-play. There is also a removable toddler fence separating the pool from the rest of the pool deck and all doors to the pool area have alarms on them. All latches on the exterior screen doors and fence gate are at least 5 feet high for safety.
