Everything was great. Just wish I had known that there weren't any face towels ahead of time. The only thing that was unsatisfactory was that the freezer didn't freeze. But overall a great place to vacation

Loved the house

The house was beautiful and the pool area was beautifully kept. We wished there was a pool table or a better arcade but that was the only shortcoming. The property manager/Host was very responsive and accommodating. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. 5 stars!!!

Great location, family friendly

The house was clean, the provided linens and towels were clean and placed in each bathroom. There were even beach towels to use for the pool and spa! The outdoor space is comfortable and cozy and there is a safety guard that can be attached for little ones. The appliances are new and worked great for what we wanted. The beds are very comfortable, descriptions for each room are exactly like the listing. The oasis club is a super short walk, very enjoyable for all ages. You’ll not be disappointed staying here!

Family Vacation

Overall a great place with alot to offer. The host was very responsive when needed. The only thing we noticed is one of the bedrooms TV did not function and the main living space upstairs only had a PS4 which we could again not figure out how to use to watch TV. Other than the TV issues which were manageable, the house was great.

Great and beautiful home

The TV/ and Playstation in the 2nd livingsroom didn't work. The sheets in the blue room were stain had to be washed. The cable box in the red room was missing. But overall it was a excellent stay.

Perfect place 🏠

I rent this property for 10 days to enjoy Christmas and New years with my family and friends… The house is amazing, … big enough for 21 people….. beds very comfortable, play station for kids, play room, tvs with cable in every room, kitchen well equipped, heated pool…. Everything for all adults and kids enjoying together. In the condominium has a nice resort where we enjoyed a lot with large pools,lazy river, tiki bar and restaurant. Bruno was very attentive to make our vacation to be 100%. He is very fast to answering our calls and resolve our requests. I asked him to provided a Christmas tree for our kids find they’re presents 🎁 on christmas day, and He did it. Definitely I recommend and I will come back We had a great vacay in this place!!! Thanks Bruno and his crew.

Not a New Build

I believe the ad said “a new build” which it is definitely not. Lots of issues through out for wear and tear and cleanliness. Ran out of hot water after 10 showers on a house that sleeps 22. Also needed pest control as we found a cockroach. I would not recommend.

Not what was expected

This stay did not compare to a previous trip last year. We were disappointed that some amenties where not there as seen in the pictures. The in the living room was worn and peeling, a couple of the chairs were broken, a screen was missing on the patio, the pool or hot tub got warm but not hot, and one of the beds frame was broken and they shipped a new one a few days before we departed. But no one came to put it together.

PProperty was overall ok. Clean and spacious

TV’s in 2 of the rooms didn’t work and the top of the house was very warm and the bottom of the house was freezing. Asked the owner to assist with the few issues although he sent the property manager the next afternoon… I was a little annoyed because we were out enjoying ourselves and he kept texting me asking to send pictures of the thermostat and what exactly was the issue with the TV… I explained we are on vacation you need to fix this my guest couldn’t relax in their rooms and watch TV definitely an inconvenience for the amount of money that we paid.

Our weekend get-away..

We had a very good experience. Honestly one of the best experiences renting one of these houses. I wish we couldve stayed longer. The house was gorgeous... My family and friends who stayed with us were very happy. I guess the only problem I had, was I wanted a later check out of just an hour or two, and couldn't get it.. but that had nothing to do with the house. Honestly I recommend this house to anyone.

Legendary Family Florida Vacation 2022

I definitely thought that the house was clean on the inside, but there were busted patio chairs, a broken microwave, and a broken dryer. Although there was flexible seating and additional appliances that did work, the two broken ones should have been removed from the property prior to our arrival. In addition, the number of rooms was definitely wrong on the website because I had to have some of my friends sleep on the couches before two of our other friends left to go home early during the week. Also, there were a few doors that were locked inside of the bathrooms that we could have used because some of them could have had extra towels. Everyone happened to use the same towels for the showers all week long. Furthermore, it was stated on the website the house was fifteen minutes away from many of the attractions but it was technically twenty to forty minutes away. The swimming pool and hot tub were a good and a nice temperature.

When we finally got checked in. It was after 4:00 pm because the renters before us had trashed the place so it took extra time to clean it. The pool was filthy had a panty liner and black curly hair in it we could not swim in it until they came to clean it twice. The chairs outside were torn up and broken. The kids tv was broke upstairs, the game system had the hookups missing, toilet overflowed, dryer was broke, so I had to wash the clothes upstairs and cart them down flights of steps to garage dryer which the door was locked so I had to call the office to have them come unlock it and clean the pool again. The refrigerator smelled like fish, Ice maker was not working correctly, no hand towels or washrags in kitchen or bathrooms or extra towels period we had to go buy some. I had stayed here before and we loved it so much I rebooked to come back to the same house and we were all disappointed. I feel bad for the cleaners that was left such a mess due to uncaring, infantile renters who do since it does not belong to them (shame on you by the way). I had spoken to the realator about this situation and when I called the next day to complain she knew before I said the address which place it was and apologized. Being a landlord and have rental property myself I sympathized with them but I also feel since they knew the damage they should have accommodated us somewhere else and should of given us a phone call to let us know or acknowledge the renters before left this damage. I feel we should get at least half our money back for the inconvenience or a call from the owner on how to make this right. I will not stay there again it should of been handled more professionally.

Great stay!

My family and I had such an amazing stay at this location. It was super spacious and clean. There were a few issues but the communication with the owners/staff was great that it got resolved pretty quickly. Again, a few issues on the HOA side of things, but that’s no fault of the owners of the property and they did a lot to make sure we had a good time. We really enjoyed our stay a lot and would recommend it to people with big families (about 20+ people).

House don’t look like the picture say

I had trouble getting into the house that didn’t fix the pool I had to pay my pool guy to come in clean the pool I wish I can post picture but the information about Roaches is right I try to contact the owner since I got to the house my kids was crazy about the pool that text said it ain’t nothing that can do like this was the crazy’s experience I have ever had in I rent out house I owe a few around the area I have request full refund no reply in that know the pool and house wasn’t clean for the min I came to the location because I was in Hurry to book I didn’t check the review which was a very big mistake I made but the community was very nice look to rent again but not this house
