星数のわりには

急遽出張になり利用させていただきました。 駅からは離れているので少し不便です。星数に期待し利用しましたが、レストランのスタッフ以外は普通ですね。レストランのスタッフは教育された感じですごく良かったです。 部屋はもう少し綺麗に維持された方がよいと思います。せっかくの設備がもったいない感じです。

Quite a respectable and worthwhile hotel

It was my second stay in the hotel which is located at a distance away from the heart of town. It was not too easy to get a taxi. Though a bit old, the hotel is kept in good and clean condition. Although I was allocated with a room with no balcony this time, it is still spacious and comfortable. With only a few restaurants in the vicinity, it gives me not much choice.

Close to Metro

We visited Shenzhen to go to the various parks and from the hotel we walked to the Metro about 5 minutes. The trains were fast and the system efficient. The staff as far as one or two knew some English, showed us the various locations and which train to catch. The pool and gym is nice, but due to a foot injury, I could not use them but if we go to Shenzhen again I would stay at this hotel. It is also close to a few food take out places which is handy.

Disappointing hotel, 100% a two star hotel

Staffs are so how attentive but not friendly nor professional, this is my fourth time staying in this hotel and each time is getting more disappointing and discomforting, security is good and location is convenient but that is about all. If the standard is dropped to two stars, everything with this hotel is overpriced and overrated. i was hopeful that this hotel would improve after my last stay but now, I have completely gave up my hope. I will NOT stay in this hotel again. Towels were all hard and uncomfortable, no assurance that these towels can be used on human bodies, water pressure is also weak too.

位置在地鐵出口不到3分鐘，十分方便，門口週邊好暗，我們有gps地圖很易找到，房間很大，我們幸運的被升級了到行政房間，景觀不錯，清潔還可以，唯一留意我們買了連早餐，但十點起床去到已没有了

每次到深圳都會選擇這間酒店，喜歡這裡房間寛敞、整潔，而且房間內有微波爐，只要準備些食物便可足不出戶！喜歡煮食的，房間內亦有煮食爐，而且有煮食用具租借！非常好的酒店！

ok, value for money

Slow wifi, a lot of traffic outside the hotel and very noisy in the room due to old windows / doors. Old equipment in the gym, but still possible to use. If you wanted to use a glass, spoon etc in the kitchen department in the room, you had to pay rent for it. I ate food in the restaurant and became sick (stomoch) for the first time in my life in China(more than hundred visits) Could have been the water they served. I asked if it was purified and of course they said "totally safe..." My mistake drinking it... ;-I

不會再去的酒店

入住前3天預訂的酒店，當天下午6時左右到達，但前台小姐找不到我的訂單，費了30分鐘才處理好，前台小姐給我們upgrade至22樓，她說我們預訂的房間在較下層，比較舊。入房後發現裝修一般，與網站照片有出入，客廳只有燒水瓶，茶包及4隻杯，沒有提供茶匙，需要打電話給服務生送來，但送來的是中式湯匙。當天天氣較熱，酒店前台沒有空調，房間亦沒有提供，需要打電話給大堂經理才可使。酒店離地鐵站不算近，挺難找的，離東門步行街需走45分鐘。雙人床有一邊榻下去，睡不好，隔音也一般。最好就是洗手間裡淋浴的地方，不管怎麼洗，外面一滴水都沒有。翌日中午結賬時人很多，只有兩位員工負責，要等挺久的，我們晚了10分鐘出門，就馬上有人打來問你退不退房，難道他們需要客戶在沒空調的大堂裡干蒸嗎… 反正不會再去了。酒店外觀不像是個酒店，像住宅，跟照片不一樣，這個價錢不包早餐，性價比偏低。

過去一直非常滿意這酒店的住宿，無論房間和服務都很讃，但今次入住卻有點失望.....話說我訂的是不吸煙房及有一位早餐，那個女服務員沒看清楚便亂發房間及check-in，早餐遺留了，又配了間吸煙房給我，房間味道很大，是次非常失望⋯⋯

這是我到深圳必住的酒店

房間空間大、整潔和舒適，房間內有微波爐供應，是少有的酒店設施，唯個別房間內的冷氣聲音有點大，及不時聽到水喉聲，但整體服務和環境都值得推薦。
