Lovely property in nice quiet neighbourhood. Really really clean. All on one floor, big bedrooms, small kitchen area but really well equipped. Lovely pool area & furniture. Highly recommend.

Having a single level was perfect for us “boomers” (5 couples) and the host was very responsive. Close to Disney and other resort areas. Getting the pool spa heated was really easy and handled remotely. Property was clean with no smells and furnishings were well kept and not old or dated. Loved the dual function coffee maker that worked with both ground coffee and Kuerig pods. The only downside is there was no shower soap or shampoo provided but as a vacation stay that’s a small thing.

lovely little escape
We loved our time here. The house is perfectly laid out with plenty of room and spaced out so you don't feel like you're on top of each other. We enjoyed our time spent by the pool between days in the parks. We were surprised by how much seating is available! We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property
We loved our short stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and close to Disney. Plenty of pillows, blankets, towels and starter items. The room layout was great too. We appreciated having 3 kings and twins as well. There is also a very relaxing and covered sitting area on the pool deck that we really enjoyed. I would absolutely consider staying here again. My only suggestion would be adding a Keurig machine.

Great stay. We had a low battery issue with a smoke detector, but they responded immediately and took care of it. Beautiful neighborhood with a very nice back yard and pool. We spent a lot of time outside. Well furnished. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. Everything was clean and well appointed with everything needed for a relaxing vacation.. Restaurants, groceries and shopping only a couple of minutes away.. Airport was only 30 minutes and anyone going to disney is only a 10 minute drive..
Pool was nice and warm and hot tub was perfect on the cool nights..
Would definitely recommend this property

We had a wonderful time. Appreciated the basket of beach towels by the dining room door. House clean and spacious.
The whirlpool was amazing, but very hard to get out of. A step somewhere on the bench would have helped.
It would have been nice to have more toilet paper and paper towels and some bar soap available.

I have stayed at many rental houses, and this one was by far the cleanest and most well kept of them all. The beds were a little worn down, but did not stop a good night’s sleep. Totally recommend! Give your cleaning lady a raise!!!!

Relaxing break
Property was exactly as described. Check in info was sent through 7 days before our stay started and the process was easy. Location of property was very peaceful and quiet. Property Manager was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The only thing missing was an information folder so we had questions that would normally be covered in there such as what items could be recycled and how to work the aircon unit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As a family of 9, we had plenty of room to spread out, ample bathrooms to accommodate us and plenty of seating in the main living space. The washer/dryer were top notch, as well as the kitchen appliances. The house, pool and linens were clean and fresh. The traffic getting home from local attractions was tough, took a bit of time- but that was our only complaint.

The location was great for where we were gonna be. The house could use better cleaning crew. Saw spider webs on the ceiling and walls. The beds were not comfortable. made noises every time rolled over and one of the king beds you felt like rolling down hill on the sides. Another king room, the ceiling fan and light kept turning off and on by itself. in the middle of the night and daytime. could not adjust the a/c below 72 degrees. the pool was great for the kids.

We really enjoyed the outdoor living/pool area. Very nice outdoor furniture. It nicely accommodated our family, and was stocked with everything we needed. Nicely decorated home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the management company was very accommodating. Easy check-in and check-out instructions. Nicely located. We were able to visit friends in The Villages and spent a day in Tampa during our trip. Would definitely recommend this home!
