this is a great property. near the parks. close to a wide variety of restaurants and shopping. was not happy 😕 there was a 35.00 aday charge to heat the pool.

Impressive

The house was very nice. 2 bedrooms with ensuite was a bonus the extra living room really gave the family space to spread out. The pool and hot tub were very nice temperature was good and jets in hot tub fantastic. There were walking trails throughout the subdivision and there was a reservoir very close for the dogs to run. The twin bedrooms r for kids only the mattresses r not adult comfortable. Overall had a great month.

Family vacation

Overall the property was nice. The extra fee for the pool heater was not expected and the hot tub has a leak so every other day it had to be refilled which made the water colder again. We got back to the house one day and there was a hose in the pool. So the owners just showed up when we were gone. Bring your own supplies they provided very little!

Amazing Clean and Spacious Home!

Perfect place to stay for our family . If you are going to Disney , Universal etc this is the place to stay. If you go to resort you have designated pool times, restaurant etc but when you stay in a place like this you can swim after getting back from theme parks at night and have food in your big refrigerator to eat or cook what you want. Clean, great neighborhood, plenty of space & a great getaway . We will definitely stay here again!!

Great house

This house had everything we needed for a great stay in Kissimmee. House was clean upon arrival. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking at the house. Beds were comfortable. Pool was clean and well kept. Convenient location for access to all the theme parks (we did Univeral, Sea World and Busch Gardens, Tampa). Kids enjoyed the game room. Would stay again on a future trip to FL.

Great Stay on Jennie Ridge

Great stay on Jennie Ridge in Kissimmee. The home is as described. The pool and spa area were great. The kitchen is well stocked. The layout is well-suited for two families. The neighbourhood is not gated but we felt quite safe. Reportedly an additional bathroom is being constructed, which will enhance the property quite well. Thank you for the stay. We do recommend this home.

Overall dirty house

Dirt and trash in beds, stained and dirty linens, dead bugs in house, bugs crawling in bathrooms. Wi-Fi promised did not work our whole stay (7 days). Communication with property manager was VERY rude and annoyed with requests for help.

Great For What We Needed

The house was a great location and worked well for what we needed it for! I wish the use of the pool was on the main description page, as I missed it on the amenities page and this was the main reason we picked the house. Overall: Good House w/ a quiet neighborhood and good location (if only the traffic thru Orlando wasn't so crazy!) . Communication with owners was quick and they were very responsive. Informational binder was a help when arriving and at departure.

We had an amazing time.

This was our first time using the VRBO website for booking a house. Had no problem finding the house. Property manager contacted us with the door code. House came with everything you need. We cooked, played games, did laundry, swam in the pool, and slept in very comfortable beds. We spent most of our time going to universal but we also did a few days a some of the beaches. Travel times where easy to deal with. Definitely stay again.

Family vacation

Overall the property was good. A few things we would have changed. The house stayed a little warm for us and the game room has little light at night for the kids to play. We enjoyed staying there and would stay again.

Great vacation!

We drove from NY to get away from the cold and this was the perfect house for our family of 5. Check in was easy and the pool was great. It was close to stores and restaurants to get everything we needed for a perfect stay. The kids loved the pool and we really had a great time!

Ok property

House was average, Price was reasonable. House was in need of some updating, Definitely showing its age. There was no option for pool heat so therefore we didn't use pool much. The glass block wall by hot tub leaks water in to the pool. So the hot tub would empty half way each day. The subdivision is run down. This house was definitely the nicest house in the subdivision. House was very spacious and nice to spread out. House had more than enough beds for our family.

We had everything we needed! Everything was clean and just like in the pics. Our grandson loves spiderman and frozen, so that was perfect! Lol. Game room could have been a lil cleaner, but the pool table was a lot of fun! The pool was great! Check in and out was easy, once I found the email in my spam folder. Lol. Would definitely rent again.

It was ok

I know it is a vacation rental but it could of been a bit more cleaner. My daughter found an empty bottle of whisky between the sofa, some toys under the sofa. Overall though the house was comfortable and it was close to everything.

Excellent location to thems parks

We enjoyed out time at this house. Lee was very easy to talk to and get in touch with when needed. The pool was excellent and goes to 6ft deep on one side. TV in the living room was huge and made watching the Olympics great. Disney parks are 15 mins. Away ( 2 rooms are kid themed and look cool) Sea World and Universal are only about 45 min with July traffic. Neighborhood was quiet while we there and seemed like a safe place. I would definitely stay here again it's a great deal for the price and what you get. We had an excellent vacation. Partly thanks to Lee Wilkins 👍
