This peaceful and centrally located ONE-BEDROOM, ONE-BATHROOM STUDIO is in a prime location in the upscale Dr. Phillips neighborhood - right in the heart of Orlando’s three main theme parks.

✔ 5 minutes to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and the Convention Center
✔ 8 minutes to Disney Parks, including Magic Kingdom and Epcot
✔ 3 minutes to International Drive – packed with attractions, restaurants, and outlet malls

Guest will have access to the whole villa.

Your health and comfort are important to us. We follow enhanced cleaning practices and thoroughly disinfect high-touch areas (like light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, etc.) before every check-in.

While we do our best to maintain a spotless space, we also encourage guests to take their own precautions during their stay.
