Perfect house for young kids

This house was perfect! We came with two kids under three and they loved it. Pool was the perfect size, they had toys and the location of the rental house was about a 2-minute walk to the pool/ splash pad and about 5-minute walk to the Castle Park!

Great place within a great complex. Lots of room for a family of seven, kids love the added toys and games. A short walk to a wonderful pool and water park and a clubhouse store. Close to parks, and restaurants and grocery stores. Would recommend for sure.

A fantastic family vacation

My family loved this home, highlights were our own private pool and the short walk to the big pool for more swimming and ice cream! We appreciated the pack-n-play, high chair, and infant floaties for our 10-month-old. My 4-year-old daughter loved the purple room with the bunk beds, stuffies, and closet filled with toys! A Wonderful Stay at Windsor Hills!

A flawless stay! Everything was as promised and the unit was clean upon check-in. We've been to Windsor Hills many times, but never found the right rental for us. Andy's rental was perfect for our family of six. Andy is super quick and responsive to any questions ... we even lucked out with an early check-in and late check-out. We hope to be back soon!

Amazing home away from home

We just returned from our stay here and it was wonderful. The house was well laid out and clean. It had toys and books for the kids and my kids really enjoyed the pool. The resort pool was also awesome and only a short walk away. We were very close to the parks so the drive only took 10 or 15 minutes and allowed us a place to escape the craziness on our off days and when we left the parks. The checkin process was easy and Andy was very quick to respond to any questions we had leading up to the trip. We would definitely stay here again. We were all so sad to leave!

Decent, but had issues

The facilities were decent, and had lots of extras that weren't listed in the description. The issues that we had with the property were corrected promptly by the management company. However, some of those issues affected the amenities of the property itself and devalued our stay. If you're renting this place check if the pool heater was turned on as soon as you get there, and be prepared for foul smelling water from the all fresh water taps.

January trip

The condo was perfect for our family. They had toys in the kids room, and pool toys and life jackets. They even had a double stroller and a pack n play for us to use! Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely come back again! Only negatives I could find, the house pool is extremely small and wasn’t heated like it said in the contract so we never used it. However the resort pool was great! It was heated and we enjoyed swimming despite being 60 degrees outside. The only other thing worth mentioning is there’s a lot of stairs to get to the second floor. It is an extremely steep staircase which terrified me with the kids constantly going up and down. They do provide a baby gate though!

Perfect Place for Kids + Disney

One of the best rental experiences I've had. Communication was incredible. Any time we had a clarifying question or requested something it was taken care of immediately. -Location = 10-15 minutes to all of the Disney parks. Slightly longer on way home due to Disney exit traffic. There is a Walmart 2 minutes down the road that allows you to stock up on stuff. -Home = the kitchen had everything we needed to eat in/cook if we wanted. They have a regular coffee machine which was great for the early mornings instead of running out (just buy coffee and filters at Walmart). Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Kids room had the bunk bed along with the bottom trundle which fit all of our kids (9, 7, 2). They also provided a bunch of stuffed animals and toys. All of the beds were VERY comfortable. Underrated component that people don't think of. Plenty of extra pillows/blankets/towels/etc. -Property = awesome. Full waterpark area for the kids. Day 1 where we checked in (they had no problem letting us in earlier once the cleaning crew finished) we had a GREAT day by the larger pool. At nights, we had our own private pool where the kids could end the day at the house after Disney. It was perfect. -Property Owners = incredibly responsive and helpful with advice, etc. -Price = very affordable and more comfortable instead of staying at a Disney property. We were able to go out to dinner outside of the park near here (every major restaurant chain nearby within 10 mins) 10/10

Lovely holiday home, well equipped, secure location with great facilities. Walmart and restaurants close by. Short drive to Disney and only around 30 minutes to Universal Studios. We had a great time staying at this home and would return.
