Magical Residence was a dream come true!

My family and I stayed at the Magical Residence for 5 nights and it was absolutely amazing! What a beautiful villa located centrally to everything and Disney being 5 minutes away! The Villa was immaculate and our kids absolutely loved all the different themes in the bedrooms, Mickey and Minnie, the Lion King, and Superheroes. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily! It was an amazing vacation!

Fantastic house

The house is fantastic, very cozy and complete. The location is wonderful, close to a large market and with easy access to Disney parks. The rooms are large and with very comfortable beds, in addition to having a beautiful decoration. The kitchen is super equipped and serves guests very well. Everything was perfect, the owner was always very helpful and polite, passed on all the information and made himself available with easy contact. My stay was perfect, I recommend this house to everyone, without a doubt. It was my best accommodation every time I've been in Orlando.

Just perfect!

The rooms were exactly as the pictures. Kitchen had everything you need, every room had its own bathroom suite, location was just minutes from everything, apartment was clean and owner was very responsive. I will definitely be back!

Great stay

Just a quick one night stay for my family. We checked in late and the process was so smooth. The house has a great layout with plenty of space for everyone and well decorated & equipped. Check out was also a breeze which was a huge plus. Also the location to Disney and communication with the property manager was second to none. 4 stars for cleanliness but nothing unsightly. We will definitely stay again.

Fun Family Vacation - Great price, great location, and great communication

The Magical Residence is fantastic. Everything was as described in the listing and was even better than the photos. The theming was super cute! The AC worked great, clean linens provided, and the kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies. The location was awesome. We were close to all the places we wanted to visit. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Great Condo at an awesome location

This place is the by far the best property we've rented in Orlando. Our kids loved the themed rooms. The house is very well maintained (it looks like it was just remodeled) and clean. The location couldn't be better! It's just a few minutes from the parks. We've enjoyed our stay and will definitely book with Jose next time we are in town.

Lovely location for vacation!

My family and I stayed at this residence and had an amazing time. Not only was there plenty of space for our group, but it was incredibly clean and welcoming. The owner was very responsive to any questions and issues that came up. It is right behind a Walmart so that made getting extra supplies convenient. Disney and universal weren’t incredibly far away either (but the traffic definitely contributes). We had a great stay, and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful experience!

We stayed at the house for 6 nights. Well located, close to the Disney parks and great facilities nearby (Walmart, Ihop, Perkins, Target, among others). The house is excellent and offers everything necessary for a great stay. We would definitely stay there again. The owner, José, is very attentive and always responds to guests very quickly. Everything went as agreed, from the moment of rental until check-out. We experience moments that are as pleasant as they are unforgettable. U.S? A dream that came true on our first visit and a wonderful country where we were very well treated and left us wanting to return even before we had left. Thanks!

Great Family Vacation!

The house was so modern and clean and had everything we needed to comfortable. Our host was very easy to get a hold of and checked in with us throughout our trip. We would come back again and recommend to anyone wanting to be 10 minutes from Disney World and stay in a gorgeous home with everything they could need for their family.
