Wonderful Condo

This was ideal for our family of parents, grand parents and 2 teenagers. Large, clean, comfortable condo in a gated village with beautiful landscaping and a large pool. The location is perfect to visit theme parks and the Orlando area. We would definitely book again.

3 BDR Condo Near Disney, Universal

Great Communication prior to our stay, easy access to gated complex and suite. Very clean, many luxuries like comfortable beds, couches and chairs, laundry, large bathrooms and TV's for relaxing. I highly recommend this property especially for the price. Only 2 of us and the place is huge. Had zero issues!

Weekend getaway

Nice place to stay. Very affordable. Perfect distance to universal studios. Tile very slippery. Suggest different type of bath rugs. Non slip. No tv remote in the 1st bedroom on the right.Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

Great location! Located to so many things in Orlando including Disney. Property was massive and met all our needs for our family of 6. The pool and other amenities were also amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Our room was beautiful! No complaints there. They were remodeling the pool area so we weren’t able to use the pool

Perfect Midpoint for WDW & Universal

This location is perfect if you have plans for WDW and Universal Studios. It's a 20-minute drive to WDW and a 15-minute drive to Universal Studios. The pool is very nice, and I was comfortable letting my teenagers walk from the condo to the location due to the gated community. We have a son who is special needs in a wheelchair and this condo met our needs--accessible shower, bottom floor, plenty of room to maneuver. We did take note of a couple of issues: First, the walls are very thin, and you will hear the people above you as well as every time they flush the toilet. Second, the pool bar is a nice amenity but do not expect anything awesome, because the bartenders do not make well-mixed drinks. For the cost and location though, this condo was a perfect vacation rental for my family.

Very nice, but refundable deposit when looking and booking said one amount, but once you reach payment page it became more than 4 times that amount! We did get it all back but that is a huge deposit. Also said check-in was at 3 pm but when receiving code to get it, that changed to 4 pm. Check-out said 11 am on booking but 10 am on same info received a few days before checking in. Other than that, it was a great place.

Roomy, homey condo

The place had lots of space, and felt like a home away from home.Easy to get in and out of the complex.Communication was slightly confusing as you receive emails from the vista Cay association for check-in. However they didn't respond to any of my emails. I did get answers when communicating to the host via the vrbo app.ahoo Mail: Search, Organize, Conquer

Basic condo with good location

The location is close to theme parks and dinner options. It is a standard condo with all amenities that were needed. Everything worked as it should and as stated in the listing. There were only a couple of issues...several of the light switches were missing covers creating a potential hazard and the garbage is stored in the hallway of the building which does not look good and smelled.

we really enjoyed the close proximity to the convention center and the 1st floor accommodation. very convenient to get to publix and our dog show venue by golf cart. Not too happy that i was not able to charge my disability scooter from our porch outlet.

Needs improvement/ lack of customer service

I booked this cute property in August for a short girls getaway October trip. Owners had been unresponsive to my questions leading up to arrival. The day before my flight I sent a message to owners asking for welcome/access information. No response. I finally got a call from the property management company 10min before I boarded a flight to Orlando who had not heard of our reservation and explained the owners were not available. She quickly sent a condo reservation confirmation for the property which was now pictured as a cheap looking lovers retreat. We arrived 3 hrs after checkin at 8pm and startled when we opened the door to the cleaning lady in the unit frantically cleaning and asked we come back later. It was nearly 8pm and we are women in a new city at night. VRBO asked we wait on the curb in the dark. Lastly, the unit needs attention to carpets, theres old cable boxes and light bulbs that need changing in fridge and bathrooms. The bedding and fireplace is cheap looking. One shower needs to be badly replaced and there’s nails on a interior wood door sticking out into the foyer. So disappointed that booking early ended up being a terrible experience. Not a safe and clean unit for small children and I’m sure there are much better condos in Orlando to stay for an adult girls trip.

Beware of the ant

This property was in a great location. The rooms were great size. The clubhouse and pool were excellent. There were ants discovered on day 1 in the master bedroom. Orkin came the next day but anta came back the next day. Be sure not to leave any food out
