The lady who checked us in was really sweet. She was actually there to serve us breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was also very good. We will definitely be coming back.

Nuestra estadía fue excelente a excepción de que nunca tuvimos agua fría. El agua siempre salió caliente y para el clima en ese momento de Orlando (Caluroso) no fue muy agradable. Comentamos a la recepción pero sin embargo no fue arreglado el problema. Pero en general el hotel es excelente y muy cerca de los parques

La bañadera de la habitación estaba tapada, el tanque del toilet tenía pelos de los huéspedes anteriores y nuestra habitación era la última de todo el hotel. El front desk estaba mal ubicado porque tuvimos que caminar con un bebé de 3 meses todo el hotel desde el front desk hasta la última habitación.

This hotel give us Free nice breakfast every day ( waffle, bread, sausage, egg, vegetables, fruits, and so on). Nice lake in front of the hotel. Pool is small but good enough about 10 people. There are 3 Hammocks. Nice, quiet, and cozy places to stay. Free breakfast is big plus!

Parfait pour un séjour à Orlando si vous ne désirez pas payer trop cher. À environ 15 minutes de Epcot. Propre et sécuritaire. Les alentours ne paient pas de mine (on est dans un développement des années 70) mais l'hôtel est sécuritaire et il y a plusieurs restaurants et services à proximité.

Always a pleasure, i've stayed here probably 5 different times varying lengths (1-5 days) and they are always pleasant. Rooms are always tidy, never anything to fuss about really.

La ubicación es excelente, el trato del personal. No limpian todos los días la habitación, ni siquiera lo básico. Estuvimos ocho días y hay que pedir los insumos para higiene personal cuando se terminan porque no pasan a renovarlos. El desayuno está bien, no es muy rico, pero bastante pasable.

The Hotel was unique, beautiful decor, and very clean. The staff were all very friendly and greeted by everyone who we passed. For the cost it was a great option for a quick trip, and close to the Disney park and Disney Springs.

The hotel was very dirty and the bedding was stained. It seems like the washroom hadn’t been cleaned as the shower head had black mold on it and the towels were stained and if they had been washed. The hotel lobby was nice looking but the rooms were not, and there was no hot water.

Great value for the price if you are looking upscale then not it but my room was very clean and quiet only thing I can say is if you are more then two people ask for more towels. Convenient location to food and shopping and close to Disney and all theme parks. FREE PARKING!!! A good place going back next month only complaint is the free breakfast is cold so I am eat breakfast somewhere else but hey the price cant be too picky. I have paid more and stayed at a dirty place for a lot more money so I’LL BE BACK SOON. Staff was great

READ THE REVIEWS. I wish I had before choosing this dump. The sheets and bed had dried blood stains, clumps of hair, bugs in the bed and shower, staff couldn’t do anything but bring us a change of sheets, and guess what, those also had blood stains on them. Requested to change the pillow cases as well, blood stains on the pillow. It was a nightmare from the moment we checked in until we left.

Poor experience here. Stayed 8 nights (sat-sun) they only cleaned our room once during the stay. Even when I requested it the front desk lady told me I had to request the day before otherwise cleaning is every 3 days. I asked on Saturday as our room hadn’t been cleaned since Tuesday. On top of that we had people try to get into our room because the front desk checked them in and assigned them to our room. We also had a maintenance guy knock on our door repeatedly at 11:30pm just to give us towels we didn’t ask for when I told him he got the wrong room he just walked away. The water stinks and our shower curtain rod kept falling down. No basic cable in this place either so we had no tv unless we signed into Netflix. Overall negative experience would not stay here again regardless of the price

Overall was quite clean. Check in was very slow with staff having a difficult time communicating clearly. Noice in the hallway was quite loud with very little insulation in the door or between rooms. The breakfest and staff working in that area were very good
