The location of this property was great. Its close to different shopping centers and it was an easy drive to SeaWorld & Aquatica. The property was wasclean

Good location for families going to Disney

The property is well located to all parks and Kissimmee area. Rooms are spacious and suitable for larger families. We had some cloaked drain problems but was resolved quickly. The property can us a patch up paint wise and the pool is very small.

I would stay here agian

This place is terrible. Had roaches and other bugs in 3 of the rooms. A/c was not working downstairs in the living room/ kitchen etc. Would not recommend.

Roaches, Broken AC & false pictures

The AC was broken—It was 85 degrees the entire first day and night, with no ability to open the windows. My children had to sleep on wet towels on the living room floor covered in sweat. Then the roaches...there was at least a dozen over the week we were there. It started in the downstairs bathroom and, while that room was sprayed when requested, the roaches were then found all over upstairs and downstairs. I watched a roach crawl over my sleeping daughter! That is all on top of the dishwasher being rusted inside, the bar stool chairs being ripped, the child net/gate to the pool completely broken and the pool chairs being so rusted that the chair legs literally fell apart when touched. All this to say, they offered me money if I signed an NDA and never tell about the roaches, broken AC, and false pictures. I will not sign. Their basic customer service and any care about cleanliness is severely lacking. However, the location of Storey Lake is wonderful—just use any other Vrbo there.

Nice place

This was a great place that fit our needs and in a great location. We had a some plumbing maintenance issues in the unit that were quickly fixed. Communication with the owner was excellent!

First vrbo visit

House was not as advertised dirty carpets tvs not working and bugs and cockroaches. Reported cockroaches and pest control sprayed but more bugs after that. Little ants everywhere also. Bedding was not clean, stains on sheets.

Nice

Everything was nice this place is huge it’s very good has multiple bathrooms. Close to the parks restaurant. BUT the only reason why is not getting a 5 star the BEDS the beds need to be replaced asap those were the most uncomfortable beds I ever slept in they feel like Punk beds They squeak every move you make. Please replace these beds. I would definitely stay here again it was very nice except for the beds.

Never going back

Where do I begin there was many things wrong with our stay, I guess I'll begin with as soon as you walked into the place is smelled like a cat box and we had to go to the store to buy air fresheners to try and mask the odor. The next thing we noticed was how all the pool chairs were rusty and broke whichever caused my daughter to cut her foot on the rusty chair! Took all day to get new chairs and the customer service was horrible we were literally being ignored and told we would get a call back which wasn't happening. Next the pool heater was barely working talk about a waste of $245, this was also brought to customer service and we were blown off about that. Then everyone goes to sleep to find that every bed in the house was like sleeping on the floor, me and my wife ended up sleeping on the couch the entire stay. They don't provide you with extra toilet paper or trash bags which was very inconvenient! The 2nd day there my wife was cooking in the kitchen and stepped on a shard of glass which was obviously there before we got there. Overall the trip was a disaster I even asked for a full refund and to leave after the first day and they wouldn't even do that..I spent alot of money to stay in this condo and I wish I could get my money back thus place was the worst place I have ever stayed and customer service is absolute trash!!

Great location for Disney

This is the second time we've stayed in this community! It's close to Disney & lots of shopping. The community pool & lazy river are great with a bar & ice cream shop too for your rest days between park hopping! Free & spacious parking as well. This apartment was big & had lots of room. It was not in perfect condition & a few pieces of furniture were broken (or very wobbly) - it didn't ruin our stay, just be warned so you don't expect it to be perfect. Couch was comfy & all appliances worked fine. The main issue we had was that the downstairs bedroom could hear all the walking and movement from the upstairs room. Overall, great stay at a great price for the neighborhood.
