You will feel immediately relaxed as you enter our 7-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom executive home which sleeps up to 18 comfortably. The living area offers plenty of space for all guests to spread out. For family get together, the dining area is ideal to share a meal around the elegant dining table or have a quick meal at the kitchen breakfast bar.
The bright and airy kitchen has all the appliances and utensils that you would expect in your own home.
A Highchair and a Pack in Play are also available upon request with no additional cost.
The upstairs loft offers an additional large living room, equipped with a flat screen TV, Air hockey, Foosball and XBOX to offer entertainment for the whole family. You can also enjoy a game of pool in the downstairs games room.
There is also a full-size washer and dryer, iron and iron board on the 2nd floor for your convenience.
All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and plenty storage space.
Why not take a dip in your very own Private Pool and Spa. The lanai area is the perfect place to sit and relax on the sun loungers or have an outdoor meal around the patio table by the pool. You will also enjoy the quiet peaceful Nature Reserves area while sitting in the backyard.
A lake resides in front of the house, across which there are numerous lights woven into a heart-warming net in the night.
Solara is one of Kissimmee’s newest and most luxurious resort communities. An extraordinary 5,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece, as well as a huge resort-style pool, complete with cabanas, a water slide, and lazy river – perfect for families to enjoy for hours! For those who are visiting Disney, the location provides quick access to all the Disney parks, via just one exit up Toll Road 429 to the Western Way Blvd. Disney entrance. Access to this “secret” west Disney entrance is just 8 minutes away and avoids the heavy traffic that can occur with the main Disney entrance.

GENERAL INFORMATION AND GUEST EXPECTATIONS:
Our goal is to provide you with a first-rate vacation rental. One way we can offer exceptional accommodation while keeping our rates modestly low is by our guests caring for our homes with great consideration.
• CHECK-IN TIME is 4:00PM or any time thereafter. (Any early check in request please ask in advance)
• CHECK-OUT TIME is promptly at 10:00AM or any time prior. (Any late check out please ask in advance)
Parking:
Parking is not allowed on the grass or the streets. Please use the overflow parking lots. Trailers, buses, boats, RVs, etc, are not permitted.
SELF-CATERING INFORMATION:
• All accommodation is self-catering.
• Each accommodation comes equipped with an initial supply of Toilet Paper, a roll of Paper Towels and one Tall Kitchen Garbage Bag. The guests are expected to replenish their supplies as needed.
• Some helpful items to bring are as follows:
1.Napkins and additional Toilet Paper, Paper Towels and 13-gallon Garbage Bags
2.Coffee and Coffee Filters
3.Laundry and Dishwashing Detergent, as well as a Kitchen Sponge
4.Home Cleaning Chemicals such as a Multi-Purpose Cleaner and Floor Cleaner

POOL/SPA HEAT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Pool heat is available and strongly encouraged for bookings placed in the winter months to allow for full use of this unique home amenity.
Pool heat can be added prior to arrival for $45 a day.
If you have not requested pool heat at the time of your booking and would like to add this service, please contact us 48 hours prior to your arrival, as most pools take up to 24-48 hours to heat from the time it is turned on.
If guests request pool heat after they arrive, a $45 trip fee will be charged.
RENTAL EQUIPMENT:
We do offer a portable Grill at $85/Stay. If you would like to have a Regular Grill during your stay, need a crib, stroller, or an adult mobility scooter, No Hassle Vacations can deliver, set up and retrieve rental items directly to the house.
We do require our guests to keep the backyard floor clean/protected if you rent a Grill.
