Beautiful property! Definitely five stars in all categories. Highly recommend. Would love to be able to turn off the pool alarms since we had only adults, but understand thats FL State Law.

Home was absolutely beautiful! Management was super responsive with respect to addressing any issues we had. Just had two minor annoyances:- the golf simulator didn't work during our stay and maintenance wasn't able to fix it- the loud alarm anytime the pool sliders would open were very annoying. Having to push a button every single time someone comes and goes into the pool area was excessive- particularly for a group that was solely adults.

House Perfect for our family of 26!

Everything was even better than expected! We enjoyed every aspect of the home, only had one small issue that was quickly and easily resolved. We were so comfortable, and had so much fun together! From all of us eating together at the dining table to every game and activity from the 3year old to the 65 year old!! Would love to return and do it all again!

Christmas family vacation

While this was a fabulous home and everyone had a wonderful time there was a problem. The oven's were not operating properly. I let them know and a maintenance man came. Our dinner the night previous was just not cooking properly with erratic heat and dinner was a flop! He said that he would need appliance person to come and he would arrange. No one came, I called and was told they would not come until after Christmas. Problem 22lb $52.00 fresh turkey that could not be cooked for the 15 people in attendance. All other food also to accompany the turkey wasted. Had to purchase a large pork roast and prepare in crock pot for Christmas. The contact I was speaking with apologized and assured me I would receive some sort of compensation but now does not return calls or emails. This is the third year in a row that I have rented homes through VRBO and two times it was managed like this one through Magical Vacations. Very dissappointing. This incident made our Christmas vacation a little more stressful than I would like.

Great House; Just a couple issues…

The house was great. Exactly as depicted in the photos/video. We had a great time. However, the golf simulator was not working at all during our stay. We made numerous calls and techs would show up and then leave without resolution. The pool was lost for two days because it has a leak and the pool maintenance is waiting for a part.

Home Stay

Although the home was beautiful, it had a few things not working, such as a few bathrooms being clogged. It also took two different calls to finally get someone to come over the house to fix those items. Several of the bedrooms were not fully clean and we had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean some of those rooms. Again, house was nice, but customer service was terrible and not timely. Not sure I would recommend any family and friends to utilized this company for future stays. We typically take 1-2 trips yearly to Orlando as we are Florida residents and this was probably our worse experience since I can remember. Typically we have good experiences with houses that we rent. Thanks
