Great Stay - A bit out of the way
The property was located a bit more out of the way than we hoped, however the home was lovely and the resort was beautiful. There was a small amount of dirt in the pool, but it was otherwise clean and everything was in good working order. When contacting the property manager with any questions, they always responded to us quickly. The only minor issue we had was that we were unable to connect to the wifi , as both the name of network and password provided to us was incorrect. When we called to request assistance, they were not overly helpful and said they would send a text message with instructions, but the text message was not helpful either. We ended up figuring out the name of the network by looking on the Smart TV for the network it was connected to, and located the password for the network on the router. If it weren't for completing these investigations ourselves, I'm not sure if we'd have been able to use the wifi, but because we were able to figure it out it did not impact our stay. We otherwise do not have any complaints and had a great vacation!
