Good but a few hiccups

The house, communication, and location were great. But they gave us the wrong key code, there were very few dishes/utensils, and we had very little toiletry and no extra trash bags. Property was nice but those other things are importantly when staying with a large group.

DIRTY and Our Personal Supplies STOLEN

DIRTY was to put it lightly. The property is in TERRIBLE condition despite the pictures on the listing. The chairs were covered in brown stains of unknown origin, there was hairs in our sheets, and plethora of ants coming from the dining room table going up the wall. The dishwasher was covered in mold, and the silverware and utensils were clearly dirty covered in batter and unwashed. The covered pool area had rips so debris and geckos could get in. We had to fill the pool with more water so that it didn't burn out the pool water pump, and we be charged for it. We contacted UNE, the property management company, and they sent a cleaning service over not once but twice. The second time that they came, they stole our personal laundry pods and fabric softener, dish soap, and garbage bags. When we asked UNE to have our stolen personal supplies brought back to us, the next morning hanging on the front door they brought back a handful of trash bags (not our original ones) and a half used container of laundry pods (not our original ones, not even the original brand). When we confronted UNE again they stated, "we took proactive steps to provide the necessary supplies- in greater quantity than originally removed," by removed they mean STOLEN. Our dish soap and fabric softener was never returned and UNE refused to give us any money back from the multiple inconveniences caused to us from the filthiness of the property and their workers stealing. VRBO also contacted and did nothing.
