The covered lanai features comfortable seating, alfresco dining, cooling fans, and an outdoor TV, creating the perfect setting for outdoor living. A large gas BBQ grill is included for relaxed lakeside cookouts.

The Master Suite, one King Suite and one Queen Room are on the ground floor Upstairs is a further King room, Ensuite, a Twin Room and a room with two full/double beds both sharing the family bathroom set between them

Pool Towels and bathroom towels provided. Hair Dryers in all bathrooms

There is a Coffee machine for filter coffee or pods (K-cups) & electric kettle.

The laundry area has a washer and separate dryer.

The home has a keyless entry system, ring door bell and intruder alarm.
All doors to the pool area are alarmed to comply with Florida legislation.

Parking is available for up to 4 cars on the driveway - no roadway parking. The community does not allow RV, trailer or commercial vehicle parking.

The villa is self-service-we provide a smaller starter pack of toilet rolls, cleaning materials, including dishwasher tabs and clothes washing tabs, paper towel, trash bags and a small face soap - guests will need to provide their own toiletries such as additional soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. according to their requirements. We do not supply kitchen spices etc for health and safety reasons.If you require a food starter pack for your stay please enquire.

* Pool and spa heat can be added to your booking. It will costs $40 per night or in warmer months $20 per night for Spa only.*

The damage waiver cover (admin fee) added to every booking covers accidental damage during your stay to a value of $1500
