The open-plan main floor is perfect for gathering, featuring a comfortable living area with a smart TV, a dining space for sharing meals, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners.

    Your private, screened-in lanai is your own personal oasis. Enjoy the Florida sunshine from your private heated pool or host an evening cookout with the complimentary BBQ grill. This home is designed for comfort and privacy, with a bedroom layout ideal for multi-generational families or groups.

    Bedroom 1 (First Floor): A serene King bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, offering convenient, stair-free access.
    Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): A spacious second King bedroom, also featuring its own private en-suite bathroom.
    Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): A whimsical themed room with two twin beds, designed to spark your children's imaginations.

    Guests will have complete and private access to the entire townhome, including the private screened-in lanai with its pool and patio. As our guest, you also receive full, complimentary access to the resort's incredible amenities, including:

The Good: The kids loved the heated pool! It was warm and clean. The location was great-near restaurants and Target. There is a playground right across the street. The Storey Lake Resort pool and waterpark were fun. Plenty of space and seating at the house. Easy parking. The Not So Good: The photos of the house are misleading. The house is not in great condition as the photos show-the carpet needs to be replaced badly. There are carpet tacks that are sticking up in multiple places that poke your feet. The cleaning of the house was sub-par. Our bedding was not clean. The host did send someone over later to remake the beds with clean linens. There is a lot of dust in corners etc. Simple things needed to cook were missing- hot pads, kitchen towels etc. Overall, we wouldn’t stay here again.

It was just okay. One trash bag provided for a five day stay. zero dishwasher detergent. zero wash clothes were with the bath towels. there was no blanket provided for the main floor bedroom. there were zero kitchen dish towels, not one single pot holder, the pans were rusty. the towel rod in the upstairs hall bathroom was falling out of the wall. it appered that the stand under the TV was about to fall off the wall. I had to reach out to the owner for check in information, it was not sent. There was a leak while we were there and he did handle that promptly. The AC did not seem to cool the upstairs, we had to use the fans that were provided.
