On the first floor, you’ll find a grand king suite with a private bathroom, ideal for guests who refer convenient ground-floor access. Upstairs, the second floor offers a range of comfortable sleeping arrangements, including full and twin bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for restful nights. With several private and shared bathrooms, every guest can enjoy a personal sense of space and ease.
The open-concept kitchen and dining area is a chef’s dream, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast island seating that flows seamlessly into the formal dining area, perfect for shared meals and special moments. Step outside to the private screened-in pool area, where sun loungers and outdoor patio furniture invite you to unwind under the Florida sun, while the child safety pool fence ensures peace of mind for families.

Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub— Some of spa may not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.
● GRILL:
We do not offer a BBQ grill for guests. If you wish for the contact of a rental company, please reach out.

Had to clean the entire place ourselves, active fleas in one bedroom
First the pros: Nice neighborhood, the house is decorated well and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals
Cons: This place had not been cleaned. There was food on the floor, the place was not swept, sheets were dirty. When we arrived, towels were damp in the dryer. The first night, we stayed at a universal property to take advantage of express passes. My sister stayed in the house and there was an active flea infestation in the house. First the management said they couldn't send someone to spray because there was no on in the house, then they said they couldn't spray because my sister (was sleeping) in the room when they came by. They did not make any other effort to spray or coordinate entry into the home. The cleaning service brought one change of sheets and left them on the table. They did not bring other sheets or change any of them. We spent our vacation time washing sheets for all the beds and changing them out. We sent pictures of the filth, the fleas, etc. We ended up going to walmart and buying flea spray and sprayed ourselves. Oh, the previous guest left covid tests (some used) in the upstairs bathroom. In the spirit of paying it forward, we left the flea spray under the kitchen cabinet. Our other complaint is that the pool (resort) closes at 6PM every day. I would not stay at this property again, and I would not stay at any property run by this management company. We rent homes 2x a year for family vacations and we have never had this level of problem at a rental. We aren't picky people. This was next level gross. I wish I could attach pictures to this review.
