Live your best life! This fun-filled, action-packed, family-friendly resort community in sunny Kissimmee is a vacation lover’s dream, stocked full of features and amenities for your optimum stay. Less than a 15-minute drive from the gates of Disney and 30 minutes from Universal Studios, also right next door to the popular Sunset Walk shopping, dining, and entertainment district where you could spend an entire day exploring all its offerings alone. A short walk from the home is the Formosa Winery where the adults in your crew can enjoy an afternoon tasting and casual stroll through the vineyards. The home’s charming, light blue exterior with scalloped siding and nautical-themed shutters is exactly the type of welcome you’d wish to find in a tropical paradise, and you won’t be able to wait to explore what’s inside.
Get cozy on the comfortable living room sofa while you enjoy an evening movie on the smart TV. The open floor plan ties living and dining together to create synergy between the spaces resulting in optimal entertainment possibilities. The dining room table can seat 4, steps away from the bright kitchen with stainless steel appliances, on-demand coffee maker, toaster, and a generous collection of cookware and dining ware. When you’re in need of more of that fresh Florida air, the fenced-in backyard provides a private space for al fresco dining at the table for 5 or catching some rays reclined back in the chaise lounge.
This home comfortably sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms, a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room, and a twin bed tucked away in a cozy hallway nook.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
The home includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Parking available in lot for up to 4 vehicles – first come, first serve. Margaritaville has a “no logo” policy for parking on site. If you are driving a vehicle with a company logo, they will not allow you to park on site. If you are unsure, please send us a photo of your vehicle for the HOA to advise us.
- A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.
- Requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.
- Guests do not have access to the Owners-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities (commonly called "The Fins Up Club").
- In case of hurricanes, lightning, inclement weather, or due to necessary repairs, certain resort amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity.
- We do provide starter amenities for the home. These are basic supplies to help you settle in quickly, without having to stop at the store before check-in. As these are starter amenities, they may only last you a couple of days. If you have a longer stay, we suggest visiting the nearby grocery or dollar store to inexpensively restock for the remainder of your stay.
-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity in the community.
-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.
Less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows.
Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!
