The room was very nice: large space and sheets changed regularly. The dining options were very limited as the beach restaurant was a huge disappointment: the worst seafood in 3 weeks in Croatia/Montenegro and with a limited choice. The Lighthouse restaurant was better but still under par for a 5-star. Over $50 for a Campari and spaghetti dish is hardly value for money. The ice cream served by the restaurant was the size of an egg! Not even an ice cream scoop! The breakfast buffet was average.
All in all, the stay was underwhelming but for a couple of staff who went the extra mile. Location is challenging without a car unless you are willing to spend $50 round trip on taxi to Kotor. The local bus was erratic: didn’t turn up at all one day.
