"L'enregistrement s'est très bien passé. Le personnel était très serviable. Les chambres étaient propres. Cependant, il n'y avait pas de radiateurs dans le salon ni dans la cuisine. Il n'y en avait qu'un seul dans la chambre. Après en avoir fait part à la réception, on nous a fourni un radiateur d'appoint. Mais cela n'a pas suffi."

"I am totally disappointed on how old room was. In-room carpet, bathroom, everything was extremely below standards. Way below expectation for a Mercure hotel. Which makes me doubt on what to expect from a Mercure hotel in future "

"I've stayed at a few Aparthotels run by this chain & know what to expect - in terms of apartment condition this was fine and walkable to the city centre. What made my stay difficult was the car parking. I emailed the property twice before arriving (on a Saturday) saying that I needed to park my car but nothing was done. I even phoned the number provided but they never replied. I ended up street parking which was not ideal. "
