Family Tides home, perfect for up to 10 guests.

Perfect for 2 families! Large 5 bedroom, 5 bath home sleeps 10 and is convenient to Nauset Beach, Main Street Orleans and the Cape Cod Rail Trail (1.5 miles). First floor has a large open living room with TV, primary bedroom with king bed (2 twins together with a kit) and own bath, plus bedroom #2 with twin bunk beds. There is a second full bath off the kitchen area. Second floor has another large living area with tv bumper pool table, foosball and basketball game. There is a futon here for extra sleeping arrangements. Bedroom #3 is upstairs with a full sized bed and 2 twin trundle bed and own bathroom. Bedroom #4 is also upstairs with a queen bed and 2 twin trundle bed and own bathroom as well. Newly finished space over garage with queen bed and 2 futons and separate living room new for Summer 2022! Outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. Gas grill outside on the large patio with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Even a fire pit to enjoy after a day on the beach! There are also 2 bicycles for you to use and a few beach chairs. Large screened porch. A/C.

Comfortable Accommodations

The kitchen is very well stocked with all the equipment you could possibly need. (The toaster is pitiful - it's on its last legs.) It was wonderful having 5 bathrooms.The only thing that was not as advertised was the air conditioning. I had specifically asked if the house had central air. I was told it did not, but "there are mini-splits everywhere." That is a half truth. There are some minisplits but we never found any remotes to operate them. A couple of rooms had window air conditioners. And other rooms had very noisy portable room air conditioners, not compatible with watching TV.

Great location, lovely house and nice layout for a large group, responsive staff and well stocked with games, kitchen items etc but overall the house is a bit rundown / outdated and in need of a number of repairs.

House was large and easily accommodated 10 adults. We loved the porch and ate most meals on large patio. Owner was quickly responsive to a couple small issues which arose.

Great family home

We have a large family so finding a house that not only has a great number of rooms and bathrooms is key. This house is a great place for a large family. Lots of together spaces and nice back yard. Easy flow. Actually had more rooms than the VRBO listing. Owner was responsive when we had an issue. Central location in Orleans.

Learning to love a new place

At first it seemed too large and spread out, but we found the size worked out well for the ten of us. We particularly liked the large kitchen, and the screened porch where we set up the long folding table so we could all sit together. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, croquet popular. It was a pleasure. (We watered the indoor plants and they improved.} Very good time had by all, Thanks.

Space for everyone

The size of this house was perfect for my family. My daughters family of six in the master bedroom, my sons family of four in the queen with trundle twins, my oldest daughters family of three in the double room. They all had their own bathrooms. I happily stayed in the bunk room with my five yr old grandson. The two tv spaces were ideal for different shows, the kitchen dining room and screened porch perfect for dining and games. The room ACs worked well also. There were no issues with space to be alone or putting young kids to bed early and waking them up with noise. I would definitely stay here again!
