"Our stay started good. Until we found some bedbugs. We told the front desk and showed them the picture of bugs. They just gave us an email address to contact, and nobody even reach out to us eversince. The breakfast seem not enough to the number of guest they have."

"The location is a bit away from the town center, but the two level outdoor onsen is amazing. We experienced an issue about the air-conditioners; luckily, with the help of Takeshima san who is proactive and understanding, it’s solved."

"Could have been cleaner, no conditioner in upstairs washroom. Hot tub had a lot of sediment. BBQ igniter did not work and there was no lighter. Quiet neighbourhood, comfy couch. Slept fine. Wish it had been cleaner."
