"My previous stays have been good. This stay was not as good. 1) A/C in the room did not work 2) Only one elevator was operational 3) Ice machine on 8th floor was out of order but no sign on it 4) Hot tub was too hot and jets were not working 5) Barely luke warm water for the shower, no hot water"

"Could have been cleaner, no conditioner in upstairs washroom. Hot tub had a lot of sediment. BBQ igniter did not work and there was no lighter. Quiet neighbourhood, comfy couch. Slept fine. Wish it had been cleaner."
