“Listing says air conditioner but there was no air conditioning, it was a very warm and humid basement. The host was polite and had good communication. It is in a sketchy area so keep that in mind. It was reasonably clean besides the dirty floors and what looked like mold around the tub. The bed was comfortable and relatively clean. The host lives upstairs and them and their children were very noisy anytime before 10pm. Not terrible but I wouldn't stay here again.”

“So clean and comfortable feels like home .”

“Excellent accommodations, highly recommend. The only complaint is the temperature was very warm in the suite and when I turned the thermostat down for the night the temperature actually increased overnight in the suite.”

“Beautiful suite with thoughtful final touches.”

“It was a great place to stay because we were in and out of Okatoks. Close to food and shops.”

“The space was great. Lots of room to relax and enjoy your time. The stairs to enter the suite are a bit challenging, especially with luggage. There is a big step into the place but the step takes you right onto the stairs going down.”

“The price was alright and it was convenient to get to west Edmonton mall, however there were some cleanliness problems- There were some small stains on the sheets and duvet, The lint trap was full, the cooking utensils and pots were a bit dirty. Being woken up at 6am from stomping,7am from vacuuming, then again at 8 am from more stomping was not ideal, throughout the day there was quite a bit of noise upstairs so we avoided spending as much time as possible at the suit. The parking was also……

“Very pleased. Many items were provided so we didn't have to buy anything besides food.”

“We had the best week at sylvan lake at this property. The location was 10/10 and the house was perfect for our two families. There was lots of space for 8! We were here for SLHC and the kids lived their best lives. Thank you for an amazing stay! We will be back next year!!”

“Very clean and quiet place to stay”

“Very clean and well located if you're visiting Calgary! We stayed here for the stampede so didn't spend too much time in the unit but a TV would have been nice to have for some down time! The pull out sofa was actually very comfortable and spacious same with the bed in the bedroom. The only thing we didn't love was the lack of privacy leading towards the basement unit. There is no door which I found off putting.”
