「We arrived early took the chance to ask if we can do early check-in Jen is welcoming and friendly. Kind enough to do early check amd to the room I requested. Good vibe all staff are efficient and friendly. So close to everything especially a lake view but I wish we could get 2 beds next time as we can hardly fit in the King sized bed. We will be coming back again! 」

「We've been to this hotel three times. Lovely location by the Bow river. In downtown Calgary with lots to do nearby. The hotel is really clean with friendly staff and some of the rooms have excellent views over the Bow river. 」
