The place was beautiful, quiet, and very comfortable. We especially loved the unique loft design—it was such a nice touch! The Roam bus made getting around to the town very convenient as well. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Plumbing for the shower was coming out the wall felt like the shower head was going to fall out, parking is a free for all and everyone parks anywhere. Rooms were clean, bathroom amenities needed more attention. Bathroom fan was missing the vent cover. Location is nice, the grounds look very nice, it meets basic needs.

Peaceful location near walking and cycling trails in beautiful Banff. Somewhat dated appliances. Fireplaces and ample supply of cut wood are a nice touch. Incredible hot tub with a spectacular view. Friendly, accommodating staff. Ample parking near units. Overpriced for what was offered, but maybe that’s the way it is now in Banff, especially during Melissa’s Road Race weekend.

Hidden Ridge is a great base camp for your Banff adventures! Our unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Hot and cool pools were clean, lots of towels, and breathtaking views of the mountains. Location is perfect (you're within walking distance of the town and the Hoodoo Trail). The only issue I can think of is, our unit (ground floor townhouse) was dated looking and very dark, but this is a minor quibble. Would stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay here, saw elks right outside of our unit. It’s about 5 minutes drive to downtown, 10 mins by bus. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were given bus passes, so getting around was easy.
