It was our anniversary and they were amazing, they not only upgraded our room for us, but we were welcomed with a surprise of champagne a congratulatory card and dessert! Enjoyable stay at Rimrock with family. Spectacular 360 degrees views of the mountains. Location is about 2 miles from Banff downtown but easy to access using free bus passes provided by the hotel. Staff was friendly n helpful. Overall just perfect.

Fantastic views from the balcony deluxe rooms. Amazing staff friendliness and service from the moment you get there - nothing is too much trouble. This is a magical hotel built into the side of a mountain - a very special and memorable place to stay.
