酒店位置很好離班芙纜車和班芙小鎮很近 ，可以酒店看起來有點舊，但位置很方便。房間大但浴室很小。餐點普通，早餐沒有特別好吃可以不用特別花錢去吃。工作人員都很友善，酒店也有自己的停車場需付費停車。

This was easily one of the best experiences I have had with a hotel. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The valet’s were so amazing, the expedition workers were helpful and friendly. The view from our room (King-Vista view) was so spectacular that I’m not sure I will find its equal. Definitely try to food at Parker’s. It is worth it. We would stay here again and again.

This newly renovated property was absolutely beautiful. The perfect backdrop for my elopement. From the stark beauty of the natural landscape and mountains to the interactive amenities and prime location for hiking trails and walking distance from the Banff Gondola, which opens your eyes up to another level of beauty. The staff were so helpful and lovely and the food was impeccable. 10/10 highly recommend.

Staff were very rude at times. Not willing to go out of their way at all to help. Asked if I could have a drink while waiting for a cab and be called when the cab arrived. Concierge said no. The spa is wonderful however, lots of kids around running in and out of the saunas.

One of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed at in Banff! The views are incredible, the coffee was excellent, and the staff were warm and friendly. The property is very well maintained, and the shuttle service was convenient with friendly drivers. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

I loved the location perched in Sulphur Mountain (peace and quiet). The hotel is located walking distance from the Bathhouse and two bus stops from the Gondola. The Roam Transit bus-stop is directly in front of the hotel. Once renovation is complete, this will be a great place to stay. I didn't get to experience the spa which is why I specifically booked the hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The additional amenities such as E-bikes, Thera gun, and Roam transit bus ticket were all great to utilize. The hotel's restaurants were also good. Most of the clients were retirees.

Lovely hotel, although still completing renovations. Rooms were beautiful and spacious and newly renovated. Food options were limited- bar only had very few choices and not many children friendly and the main restaurant was very too sophisticated for children.

Lovely place to stay away from the bustle of Banff Center but close enough to access the town. Parker's restaurant was excellent. The staff is lovely, rooms spacious and comfortable with stunning views. Gym was good and classes offered. Took a nice yoga class, which was great after loads of hiking. The only glitch was the quality of the food at their Market. While convenient, the food is prepared like Starbucks (but more expensive and not as good) The Market is just not up to the quality of the rest of the place. Nice to grab a beer on their porch though!

Our room fare was $1550 per night for 2 queen beds. When booked it said room with forest view, but we received a room with parking lot view. The air conditioner had a very loud motor sound. When informed they sent a maintenance staff and he said it a normal sound, advised to turn off once the room is cool. The reception staff then arranged to offer a different room. The rooms and service could have been better for the price they charge.

The room cleaning was terrible They didn’t even try to clean or make it look good My room wasn’t clean for 3 days and even when they were on my room they didn’t do any work like clean the bathroom or shower or the floor. The food in the restaurant was very poor and kind of not enough food for what they offered on the menu.
