"We stayed overnight at the hotel and we didn't expect that they don't have any AC inside the rooms and we're facing to the basketball court and so loud outside if we open the windows, we ask them to get us a new room on the other side but the second time it was the same are only in the 3rd floor still facing basketball court and the third one we we're able to get what we ask for..plus they forgot to give our $15 food and drink discount upon arrival. I guess our first and last stay there not happy at all."

"We loved the central location and the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We were able to get a different room with a nicer shower after having requested an accessible one. The staff helped plan excursions and always answered questions with a smile. I was concerned about construction noise at the property but it was totally fine. Yes, the lobby was shabby but the rooms were great!"
