Banff Cascades of Time Gardens

It was perfect location and quiet. Very friendly staff. I would book again.

Extremely disappointing stay. The hotel failed to disclose that it was undergoing major renovations. The lobby was under construction, and getting to both the front desk and the rooms was confusing, inconvenient, and frustrating. When I raised my concerns, I was promised complimentary parking as compensation, but it was never applied to my bill. No discount was offered despite the significant disruption. I would not have booked this hotel had I known the true condition of the property. Very poor communication and customer service.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful stay for our wedding. They prepped the room with necessities, as well as a nice surprise, and everyone from the reservations department to the front desk, at all hours, was so helpful. Shout out to Dave C in reservations, and Leon, Rhys, and Dave at the front desk for truly making us feel at home every day of our stay. Leon went above and beyond to make us feel like family being welcomed home. Really the best stay. We did our first look on the roof with the pools in the morning, and it was pretty epic.
