“We just spent 3 nights here and loved it. The hot tubs and cold plunge were put to use daily and my teenagers made good use of the huge and delicious breakfast each morning! Parking was the only tricky aspect since we opted for the free parking on the street. In the end we always found a spot but it took some extra time. We’d stay here again! The location is perfect - just on the cusp of the bustling town and so easy to get to and from. Plus it’s a darling hotel with all the amenities!”
“Awesome location just minutes of walk away from downtown Banff. The room was spacious and very modern and comfortable. Parking was easy with an underground garage, although we had to pay extra for it. We stayed for 3 nights and it was pretty quiet at night. The staff was super friendly. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend for its convenient location and comfortable rooms. ”
“World class service Worth the upgrade to Gold. Cannot say enough about the welcome team and their relationship building. We weren’t there for long but easily felt like part of the family”
“We absolutely loved our stay and I don't think I have anything negative to say about it whatsoever. It was perfect.
Our unit came equipped with all the amenities important to us like a dishwasher, washer, dryer and one of the largest bathtubs I have ever seen. The place was spotless, which again, cleanliness is extremely important and the entire resort was impeccable. The bed was super comfortable and there was a sofa bed as well that we did not use, but was very much appreciated to have for……
“They had a remodel that was finished earlier in the year of 2025 so it is rated higher. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Clean and in a very good place so it was handy to downtown ”
"This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and a great accommodation environment. Compared to some older hotels, it offers exceptional value for money. The hotel features hot water pools (not sure if they are hot springs), but the design and facilities are significantly better than the famous Upper Hot Springs. Built against the mountain, the hotel appears to have four separate buildings, but they are conveniently connected by a corridor on the fourth floor.
Located at the entrance of the town, it is right across from a gas station, a convenience store, and a fast-food restaurant that stays open until 10 PM.
The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is decent. Dinner portions are generous, though the variety is limited. Breakfast, however, requires a longer wait. The staff are friendly and approachable.
Overall, this hotel provided a great accommodation experience."
